They may send the “fix”, but waiting months for a product, then waiting months again for the “fix” and them putting up more preorders while you are waiting is BS.
And Panthor will probably be more $ than BC was, so yes they need to prove themselves.
Everyones worries and fears of Funko taking over, have came ture with the two releases under them. So once again, yes they need to prove themselves with a big item like BC.
If waiting months for a boutique company like Mondo to produce a figure that, in the grand scheme of things, very few people are buying bothers you, then you should find another hobby. If you're upset it put other figures up for preorder rather than grind everything to a halt so it could replace a fraction of the He-Man figures it sold, you don't understand how the toy business works. There isn't a factory that's just sitting there waiting to pump these things out whenever Mondo gives the word. They have other customers and Mondo has to schedule time and wait in line. If problems pop up -- and yes, COVID protocols in China have made the QC process more difficult -- and Mondo shuts things down, that means it's not selling anything, and not making the money it'll need to manufacture and send out replacement parts if needed.Originally Posted by banthafett

Yeah I don't think telling people to go somewhere else with their disposable income for offering criticism is at all the right way to go and isn't proper business form at all. Thankfully Mondo seems to be smarter than that.
Constructive criticism is fine. But, "Don't sell anything else until I'M satisified X issue has been addressed," isn't constructive criticism.
I'm happy with the way Mondo handled the issues - I still have confidence that they will deliver a great product.
The he-man and she-ra were unfortunate but they handle it way better and faster then some other companies.
I regret not getting my he man torso replaced.

If you bought directly from Mondo, it doesn't hurt to email them to see if they can send you a replacement body.
They may still have a supply of them.
Worst thing they can say is they don't have anymore.

On another note, I “think” my Anti-Eternia He-Man just shipped. That’s the only thing I have on preorder from Mondo and something that is 4.2 lbs just shipped from Austin, Tx. We’ll see soon. Maybe I’m forgetting something. Mondo still says unfulfilled.
