Seems Bob doesn’t know what hes talking about. Just got email saying Battle Cat wont ship until sometime in July.
Just got my regular Heman today. They really need to put them in another shipping box. The cheap soft cardboard of the china shipper cant handle the shipping process. Dhl and post office totally ruined this box. I have 19 holes that i can fit 2-3 fingers inHavent opened yet to see if if damaged the figure box itself. They updated the plastic corner protectors in the middle of this collection , but they really to get real boxes.

Yep, got the same email about the delay.
I’m not sure what their release schedule was planned to be but I really hope they delay Deluxe Skeletor and Panthor now.
I need to see BC in hand before dropping that sort of money on another big cat and I won’t need a second Skeletor if I’m not getting Panthor.

Love the art from the new regualr Heman. The Orko and Bc look great. Really need an Orko, not just a head that came with MAA

Probably little chance of that! This is the other time of year when all wallets are made to suffer!
But yeah, I feel it too.![]()

That's really bizarre customer service if that's the way a business approaches issues like Mondo's had with their figures. Mondo is a business, there are processes that are industry standard that helps them plan for the unexpected…like production samples. There's no way the issues that have presented themselves recently didn't show up in production samples. So? They should up their production sample quantity and increase their involvement with the tooling development process. Their after the fact customer service has been exemplary. It's in Mondo's best interest to improve the QC…happy customers and less money for them having to replace/fix issues.
I can guarantee expecting people to say "yeah that sucks XYZ issue happened with my $500 Battle Cat…oh well, guess I'll just make due with what I've got" isn't at all what anyone should even suggest when it comes to luxury items. Because that won't work in the long run. People don't want items that they have to fix after the fact.
I want Mondo to succeed. Criticizing their issues constructively should be welcomed by the company. They shouldn't have to be sending out replacement parts.
It's not like these figures were lost at sea or the factory making them was burned to the ground... no, they were just poorly constructed. And, in the case of She-Ra, very poorly packaged.
These are problems that are 100% preventable.
...especially at the premium price tags.
If Battle Cat comes squished / deformed in his box or falls apart at the torso, not many fans are going to give Mondo another pass... even if they get "free" replacement parts.
