Hey everyone!

What's up peeps, I've been a MOTU fan since way back in the 80's when I had the toys and watched the filmation cartoon. I really liked the 200x show as well, but never pulled the trigger on buying the figures from it. I regret it now but I was chasing Star Wars stuff at the time.

I just discovered the recent comic series from DC on Comixology (I made the switch to digital comics a few years ago). I've been binge reading it and am all caught up. I gotta say the the comics are incredible, it gives us that awesome universe and characters from our childhood but written in a more adult tone. I can't say enough good things about. I'm having withdraw because I have nothing new to read....

...but luckily the Mini Comics collection is here to save the day! I haven't been this excited about something pop culture related in a loooooong time. I can't believe the ambition behind making this a reality. I remember having the comics with the figures, but remember very little of the stories, and never had the POP or NA stuff. It doesn't hit Comixology until tomorrow, but I'm counting the minutes until purchase.

I'm hoping we get really well done series of films and corresponding animated series too.

Anyway, looks like a cool site and I'm sure I'll have the occasional question as I'm relearning all things MOTU/POP.
