No. Apart that this looks awfull to me, if i wanted to watch a comedy, certainly i would choose something else (a proper comedy) ,not something MOTU related. Give me instead the world building High Fantasy mythology of the MOTU franchise, and explore its untamed potential, otherwise this is just another MOTU parody, one of the hundrends that came out during all these years. Nothing more, nothing else, nothing special to care about.

I'm thinking it is much better to poke fun at your own franchise in a controlled fashion than let others do it. Plus, there is such a vast potential for comedy in MOTU that in the right hands it could easily replicate and surpass the success of Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy. So I voted yes. Whether the animation studio behind the screenshot is the 'right hands' I'm not so sure, but only time will tell.

Where is Skeletor's bottom jaw in this picture and why is he so much shorter than He-Man? I don't particularly care for a comedy.

I voted Nay. It is bad enough Adult Swim and Youtube memes portray MOTU as a 80s kiddie fad with "simplistic morality" and sexual overtones.

Both MOTU cartoons had comedy, but it was not the main genre.

It is unrealistic to shoot for perfection with Guardians of the Galaxy. More than likely, attempting a comedy would result in satire that is more damaging to the brand, i.e. deconstructing the characters, magic, and tech.

No, don't make this a comedy. It'll ruin the awesomeness of what it really is.
