Hello! I am a hobbyist illustrator from North East UK (the cool part). MOTU was such a huge part of my childhood, growing up in the 1980's B.I. (Before Internet) it was shows such as this which gave children like myself a locus from which to explore our fertile imaginations and escape the drudgery of life on a council estate. As much as I loved a lot of 80's 'toons, I keep coming back to MOTU as it has a fantasy setting which inspires storytelling, while incorporating the best aspects of superheroes and science fiction. I'm guessing I'm preaching to the converted here.
My interest here is mainly in the fan art stuff, I love seeing interpretations of characters, alternate takes and just anything which sparks imagination. Love to chat and work with other artists on fan art based stuff. I find it such a humbling experience to have others view your art and I hope people enjoy my take on MOTU (will post in fan art section)
BTW my favourite scene in all of MOTU is in "Battle for Bright Moon" when She-Ra heals Swiftwind, gets me every time
