I discovered this website a while ago, but I just registered. So… hello everybody!
Hope my English will be good enough to discuss with you all. I was a big fan of MOTU when I was a kid (I was born in 1981), and the Dolph Lundgren movie is my first memory of a live action film seen in a cinema! Now, I have a bunch of MOTUC figures, even Castle Grayskull… and I'm happy to let my kids play with them. They're also familiar with the Filmation cartoon series, which they love. My biggest hope is to bring them to the cinema to see a proper He-Man movie one day!

but I wish I were really fluent! It's easier to write than to speak. Fun fact, the first English words I learnt were the names of the MOTU characters. They were called differently here (He-Man was Musclor, Mer-Man was Oceanor, etc.) but the original names were still printed on the toy boxes. Some mini comics were even printed with two versions of the same story, in French and in English. That's how I began to read in English! So, I recently purchased the mini comics collection, and I use it with my children to teach them some English words and idiomatic expressions.
