Aww, dang. Well believe me I know how you feel. I'm very "behind" on collecting MOTU/POP and I'm now playing catch-up. Again, I was able to find really good deal so I took the plunge. I'm sure you'll have a similar opportunity as well if you keep your eyes open. I think it also helps that there were such quality control issues with the first wave, what with figures breaking and stuff.

I'm very happy to say my She-Ra and Hordak are still intact. His left leg is extremely loose so I suspect he's going to fall over at some point. I'm glad nothing fell out as soon as I took it out of the package.

Big Bad Toy store still has them for $20 each, which is what they were directly from Super7 as well.

I'm curious about this too. I'm on the fence about them, and BBTS is out of the standard grade regular He-Man already. I'm just worried I'll have it shipped to the other side of the world and when it arrives it'll shatter in my hands. If the Japanese box editions are better I might grab those.

Or does anyone know if a later run fixed the problems?
I've had a perfectly wonderful evening. But this wasn't it.

I am 99% sure that these are exactly the same as the carded versions - they did an interview back in the day and were talking about how it is fun to package these figures in regionally specific boxes. But no word on them going back and re-engineering them or anything.

Dang, maybe not worth the risk yet then until I get home. Don't want to end up with two busted figures after a month long wait with no way of returning or exchanging them. Thank you for the info!

Took a chance in getting the Epic Battle 2-Pack that I am flip flopping for months.
Nice, I think i like it. Perfect with my Japan box Skeletor and soon to arrive He-Man.
Now I have a decent small 5.5" scale collection to go with my MOTU Classics, yey.

It's hard to imagine how much effort it took for you to get that box!

It is hard really, I'm from a third world country with limited hobby funds with only the love for MOTU that keeps me going in collecting stuff like this especially on times of pandemic.

    Every acquisition is special.

But it's ok, there is really no need to imagine it, just know that I was happy and excited when I post this.

    Thanks.

The only off to my very small small collection is I don't have the vintage style cardback which I am sorely missing.
I might pick a couple hopefully pair of Teela and Evil Lyn, or Man-At-Arms and Beastman/ Trap jaw pair.
I can even settle for Orko.

Took awhile but Japanese boxed He-Man finally arrived. Box art is really nice.

See this is what I'm saying S7 did a better job with these figures one if not all of them are still available for a descent price years later....Why is that?

Just got an awesome condition S7 Shadow Orko, unpunched cardback and a real factory fresh piece.
