It looks like the Nees were being interviewed for roast gooble podcast. Ep 161 is up.

Granted, I haven't listened to it (waaaay past my bed time), but I don't think they're actually on Roast Gooble Dinner. It’s just an episode devoted to the movie, but the Nee's don't feature.

Yeah they’re not on the episode but are discussed along with other aspects of the film and past false starts. Listening now!

Also good catch on the mics in that photo.

Ok, just mention the Nee brothers, but no talking with them. They brought up some good points, nothing I could argue with or that I felt was an absolute no go on ideas. I have my own ideas how a movie would work, story, how it should play out. Want to see what happens with it.

With the mics being present, I do wonder just what they were doing. Quite interesting.

I wonder if they were just interviewing them as part of the movie making process. A lot of extra material for the Blu-ray when it comes out

Funny, but I was just thinking the same thing. That would kind of be confirmation.

Mekaneck would be a weird fit for Cena. Why not Ram Man or Trapjaw, or Beast Man?

I see him as a Ram Man, kinda a jock. I could totally see him busting bad guys with his head

He even had the same haircut as Classics Ram Man’s alternate head for close to two decades! He’s growing it out now though...

I've been racking my brain, trying to figure out where I've seen that Castle Grayskull standee before. Found these two saved gifs!

You may be on to something there. For the most part, I dislike society of the past 15 years. I don't like skinny jeans, flat brimmed hats, and 90% of the things millennials like. And truth be told I actually did get mad at some kids for being in my yard. It's not that I am so much old and ornery as it is the world has just become so stupid.
I think it is time to explore the mythos beyond the time of SOH, or maybe I will eat a taco, either way I'm good.

Just to go off-thread for a moment -- and hey, I'm seventy, so give me a break once in a while -- I'm of an older generation, but I love skinny jeans because I've worked my butt off to fit into them...and I look good in them, he said a bit immodestly.

I agree as well - skinny jeans look fantastic on those who've put in the physical effort to pull them off, myself included.

That could ease the whole process Olesker mentioned.
