Since they have been doing 6 figure Waves since Wave 3(Battle Armor Wave) I think that opens us up to at least 6 She-Ra/POP characters. My choices:
Great Rebellion:
She-Ra,Though we did see her in that 2 pack, good to see she had the Sword of Protection
Bow, got to have the leading man with 1 bow and arrow
Glimmer, the other female lead for the team, her magic staff with the rose top fits here perfectly
Adora with the Sword of Protection in sealed form would work as a 4th alternate here
The Horde:
Hordak, again and easy call plus he is the other figure pictured in the 2 pack, cannon arm is the right call
Shadow Weaver, give her a scaled down version of the MOTUC wand
Catra, lead female villian, needs her whip or cat sword, we can hopefully get her in cat form later
Mantanna would be runner up for this with a Horde crossbow
Whenever Kowl and Lookee get made the can be packed together on the same card since they are both smaller than the rest. Goes for Madam Razz and Broom too.
