I'm jealous! Could you check to see if your Super7 pre order account updated your shipping status at all? Kind of curious to see if they fixed the issue we were having with Stridor's fulfillment.

No update at all. I was shocked to have them show up out of the blue today.
Yeah that’s also what I’m planning to do - give it a week and then follow up. The whole world is now waiting for theirs to ship! Very exciting! Hope you are still loving your figures after living with them for a few weeks.
Well i'm signed up for FedEx Delivery Manager so that's how I know my Wave two figures were shipped. Fedex notified me I have an 8.30 pound package from Super7 arriving on 9/20/18

I didn't get a shipping notice but I'm happy to see that my Wave 2 figures arrived today!
It came in the normal Super 7 box but I noticed that a strange little envelope was attached to the side...
Inside, I found a small card with the following message:
Along with the note, they included the replacement Tri-Klops head in a small baggie!Dear MOTU Fan,
In producing the MOTU Club Grayskull Tri-Klops action figure, our team spot checked pre-production and production samples and shipped the figures to you, satisfied that the figures were in working order. Despite this, we have received a significant number of reports of Tri-Klops action figures in which the visor does not rotate properly.
Sorting out who has or has not encountered this issue would be a large undertaking, therefore, we are sending a replacement head to everyone. If your Tri-Klops visor does not rotate, you can swap the head with this replacement following the instructions below. If your Tri-Klops visor does rotate, please enjoy this complimentary extra head anyway.

I gotta give kudos to Super 7 for the nice surprise. My Tri-Klops originally came with the visor glued in, so I'm glad to now have one with the proper rotating action!

I thought all anyone had to do was hauss the head to get the visor to move. Maybe now the quality issues will be taken seriously
I just signed up for fedex manager....great tip thanks! Mine are coming on Wednesday! Real excited for the extra head. I keep mine closed but I did open him up quick and the visor would not budge. I am concerned about breaking the neck peg. Anyone else try removing his head?

Great gesture by Super 7 to address a problem it seems like they really want to make this work I’m super impressed. I would definitely stick triklops in some hot water before swapping the heads . And there also doing the vac metal on hero !
Hair Dryer! Lots if heat. heat the head all around for like 3 min then pinch the neck and gently pop off the head. Then for the new one heat the underside where the hole is for 2 min then gently pop the new head on and let it cool.

Well... I just got both my sets of Wave 2...
Ugh... seriously quality just keeps getting worse... particularly on the Filmation/Grayskull ones
Besides the face and height of Sorceress, the torso and legs are wobbly and loose... it’s bad...
Then Tung Lasher’s head on mine, has some issue as it shows remains of some sort of glue that doesn’t allow the head to freely rotate in the peg... it’s weird because you can interchange heads but it just doesn’t move right, legs are very loose
Man-E-Faces is ok for the most part, but rotating the face is a bit tight and doesn’t move easily... I’m fearing paint will chip off if I change the faces too often...
Finally, this one bummed me so much...
Merman, loose joints, but the biggest problem in mine are the eyes...
No pupils... WTF?
Now, as far as Classics go, overall the wave is pretty solid... Granita has some issues but other than that, good figures!
I actually love Dylamug, great figure and such a crazy character
Not sure if we know this, but feels like all Filmation figures are being manufactured on a different factory, the plastics, designs and engineering feel so different and also qualitywise... not sure what S7s plans are but definitely not improving
I give them Kudos though for sending a replacement TriKlops head where the visor actually works!
