They look pretty good to me. Limited articulation, but the cartoon likeness appears to be spot on.

My kids will love these (and after all, I'm assuming they are the target audience, not their dad).

Still look to be ages 14+ so I expect other figures will be released for the younglings soon.

    Hmmmmm...

So no one thinks Mattel will focus on "classic" She-Ra designs...

    Just a thought...pure speculation.

Cute-ish figures and iīm glad the are not on the MOTUC bug. No reason to be bitter for now. Dodged that bullet

Kids will enjoy them and i really hope we the collectors get vintage POP variants before we have to deal with these designs in MOTUC.

So for now itīs all about these toys and i canīt wait to see the other characters design and if Swiftwind gets a figure?

They are built similar to the vintage toys with the same amount of articulation. Only difference is She-Ra is taller than Catra, so i guess they will have size differences in general this time around.

CRAP! I WAS GONNA GO ONLINE AND PREORDER 20 SETS OF THESE BUT THEY’RE ALREADY SOLD OUT!!!!!
    ARRRRRRGGGHHH!!!!!!
    BURN SUPER 7! BURN!

Seriously though, they are not for me and I won’t be buying them but I do think they look pretty nice. I have no problem with the overall design. They look cool and actually make me want to check the cartoon out.

True. That’s probably the only way I would purchase these, as gifts. They would have made nice Christmas gifts.

lol it was a joke. I was not serious. Sorry.

More power to them if they do eventually. I hope She-Ra does succeed in the modern day.

They are a bit overpriced, but I'll still pick these two up.

I don't care for the aesthetic of the new show, but She-Ra and Catra are the two characters I think they did the best with so far.

Looking forward to getting these figures!!

Good luck Super7. You're gonna need it. These are laughably awful looking.

$25 for six POA and very basic paint applications (which, to be fair, are true to the source material).

Who are these aimed at? The figures look like they're from a "basic" line of figures for children. But, how many parents are going to pay $25 for a single figure.

I'm very disappointed in these. IF they were part of a basic line from Mattel to be available at retail for $10, then I'd understand.

What a shame. It's odd that Mattel weren't interested in making product for the reboot. Unless they did some research on how well Playmates' Voltron line sold and decided it wasn't worth their time and money. Or maybe Mattel are only going to release 12" dolls?

EDIT: The card design is quite nice, including the back of the card.
