That was a perfect chance for them to do Zodak, instead of another repaint of a character we already have.

Thrilled we are getting these vintage call outs like Scubattak and Cliff Climber but enough with the endless, slightly-tweaked versions of characters we already have!

Mattel already has most of the parts for several new characters - lets see THOSE, Mattel!
    THE VINTAGE-TO-CLASSICS COUNTDOWN IS COMPLETE!!!

I like this ones arms better. I wish the head figures came with their full out fit.

Cliff climber and this scuba set stick out like a sore thumb with them on the figures, with how I display them.

Updated my Visual Reference with the new Battle Cat. Not really a fan of it, personally. Posing it was a pain, as pieces kept flying off, for one...

Your visual references are awesome! Thank you for updating!

I kinda love this. I keep hoping they do more and maybe figures scaled to size.

I did have an affinity for the Lego Buildable figures from a few years ago. I donít know why but, I just love them.

Some people donít have everything that has been released.
By offering characters again (and with slight variation), itís more welcoming to new comers...

Also, for those that still need Castle Grayskull, I think you are in luck. The back of the new Battle Cat box has it listed in the "More to Collect" section along with the new version of the Skeletor Skull assortment. There's no way they did that without plans of an immanent re-release...

But he came with Point Dread already! I think I made this point in another post, but I don't mind the tweaks so much since it usually means there will be at least one version I like (and sometimes several). And at a reasonable price point, I don't mind snagging those if it helps keep the line afloat. Right now this is the only MOTU product line I care for at all, so I really hope it continues. I AM itching to see some new figs, though. Prototype pics, whatever. I feel like it's been pretty quiet lately.

Hasn't been that quiet. We have the Zodac Scubattack set and the Battle Cat set out now, 5 figures coming out at the end of July, and the advent calendar coming out after that.

Does anyone else find that the top and bottom donít fit all the way together and have a gap like below? Iíve got this on a few figures, this is probably the worst though. Have I done something wrong? I have tried pushing them together pretty hardÖ.

I've had a few that were very difficult to get together, but I've always eventually gotten them. Never had a gap like the Zodac's there.

The only issue I've had is with Fisto from the Cliff Climber set. The arm with the fist will not stay in the socket. At all.

Some are *really* hard to get together. I usually take the legs off to aid in pushing things together.

I had this issue. I think it was with zodiac as well. I had to apply more pressure but try a mug of water in the microwave 2 minutes

I like that. I have Lego brick display cases. They only hold 8 figures but they stack like bricks . Sadly battle cat won't fit.
