“It is a capital mistake to theorize before one has data. Insensibly one begins to twist facts to suit theories, instead of theories to suit facts.”
Some of the Chinese factories that produce the construx lines sell off bins of (presumably not good enough) figures/parts, the bins get bought, someone takes the time to go through and find stuff, and sell it on ebay. The cancelled advent calendar figures were available (in various stages of completeness) on eBay while the forum was down. A few people on the Facebook construx group bought some, including those tiny little mini-minifigures they can hold - such a shame they didn't make it out fully.
Anyway, one of those eBay sellers also sold a very small batch of Ninjors (!) in perfect production quality. Either, new stuff is coming (and Ninjor is included) or a set made it to production that would've included Ninjor but was cancelled.
Wow, interesting! I've been watching the advent calendar stuff with interest, trying to work out if I care enough to splash out £35 on a He-Man with Christmas hat, but I'd somehow missed the Ninjor! That's promising. Fingers crossed we hear something soon about what's coming next.

I pre-ordered the Battle of Eternia II set on Amazon a while ago (couple of months I think) and occasionally I get an email from them saying something like "this item is delayed - we will notify you when a shipping date becomes available" blah blah blah. Now that people are reporting it as being available in recent days, they better friggin' prioritize sending me my set soon for waiting so long...
Ordered in Jan, also got mine yesterday. It's a slow process, but it's happening.
Mine just showed up! And I was just saying I'd totally forgotten about 'em![]()

Every time I see a post (here and on FB) that the Battle For Eternia II set is up on Amazon, it's sold out. I ordered one from Deep Discount, but If I found it on Amazon for $20 and free shipping, I'd buy another to open. I feel the Orko figure would really want to be freed from his packaging after I got it in hand!
Hurry! Back again at $19.78 - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B627GCXJ
How does it keep going back in stock yet the order I placed 2 months ago now still hasn't shipped? Shouldn't old pre-orders take priority?

I know I could have preordered from Deep Discount but I heard they cancel pre-orders a lot, so I was holding out for Amazon. But I keep missing it again and again, LOL! And now that people reported Deep Discount is actually shipping, I look and their site now says "Backorder, email when available". So I guess I screwed that option up now too as Backorders rarely get filled on there. Yes, I'm an idiot. lol
