Though your respective response is both correct and epic you both are thinking waaaay to small.

A Disco Skeletor vintage, Disco Skeletor 200X and Disco Skeletor classic 3 pack.

200X He-man using the king Grayskull body / armor and snake armor He-man head. Even better would be to use the snake armor he-man hair and put it on the vintage style He-man head.

As far as pure repaints are concerned I think that the POP horses are the obvious choices.
They all share the same mould and only differ by colour.
    I'd like to see:

Storm - with enough extra pieces to create Silver Storm as they're effectively the same
Spirit - with the accessories required to create Royal Swift Wind
    Crystal Moonbeam
    Crystal Sundancer

    Hey everyone.
While I appreciate the suggestions, unless you all suggest what is in the thread instructions, your input doesn't do me much good.

So, if you make suggestions in this thread, please make sure they are figures that only consist of repaints and/or parts swapping from previous releases.

And, please suggest what parts / color schemes would create the characters you suggest.

I'm going to go back in and remove any suggestion that is contrary to this.
    Thanks for understanding.
Hope to see you at Power-Con 2019!

    If licensing isn't a problem, definitely Fuerza-T

Maybe re-issues of popular, hard to get figures in a 3-pack, like the 80s Heroic/Evil Warriors Gift Packs:
    - Sorceress, Fisto and an unbreakable Roboto
    - Beast-Man, Whiplash and Kobra Khan.
    - Or fans could vote which figures to include.

Army builder 2 or 3 packs.
    - Horde Troopers with He-man and Hordaks heads. Packed in would be the original trooper head and the extra 3 heads from General Sunder.
    - The Snake Men Warriors in different colours (green, pink, blue?) or new snake warriors made from other combinations and different armours (all reuse, of course)

200X variants made with 200X heads and new body parts. Plenty of awesome customs for inspiration.
    - HE-MAN: Snake Armour He-Man head and King Grayskull body
    - BUZZ-OFF: 200X head, Lord Dactus arms and legs
    - WHIPLASH: 200X head, Ceratus body
    - SNOUT SPOUT: 200X head, mechanical looking body parts from various figures like NA etc

    200X coloured variants:
    - Red Sy-Klone
    - Silver Man-At-Arms
    - Disco Skeletor

Secret Liquid of Life Teela recipe:

-BG Teela head with dark brown hair and heavier makeup

-Classics or CG Teela arms & forearms

-Granita torso for lavish detail or Adora torso for less detail

    -Double Trouble legs and boots

Do you have access to things that were sculpted and tooled but never released, such as Spector's energy whip? I've always wanted it and was quite impressed that Scott managed to get all of SLL's stuff in to that weapon's pack but didn't push the whip on through. I'd like to have it. :-)

    As for figures:

    Allepsatsac
    Style Guide Catra
    Red and/or Black Horde Troopers
Various colored Snake Men Army Builders (Turquoise, please!)
    Vintage Dare
    .org Gorpo
FILMation colored Orko (with a more oval O)
    Pink Teela & Sorceress
    Mini Comic Roboto
    Aaron’s Top 10 (In Order):
Starburst She-Ra, Hunga the Harpy, The Twiggets, Stridor, Catra’s Cat Form, Kay-La, Skeleteen, Mini Comics Garn, Spinwit, FILMation King Miro

I believe the episode was from The Return of Orko's Uncle when he was under Azrog's spell.

Now that I think of it, another easy repaint would be the unofficial mascot of the ORG from back in the day, Gorpo with the dark purple hat with yellow stars painted on pre-Unnamed One.

    Sweet customs, by the way.
I would really love a Gorpo based on that Orko repaint design.

    I can't believe I haven't suggested TUG-O-WAR!

    -Adam repaint with Oo-Lar Head
-length of rope (that counts as soft goods, right?)

I've replied a bit about the ideas I like. The thing I'd like to see most probably is a green scale version of the snake men 2 pack. The armor was also a different colour as I recall in the toon.

    SOME POP ANNIVERSARY IDEAS

Spirit - Pretty major alter ego we don't have yet. Could use repainted stirrups from Arrow and Swift Wind's unhelmeted head. Would be nice to have him to go with Adora.

Joya, the Bubble Carriage Maiden - I think this one would actually be pretty easy, and would get us a new member of the Great Rebellion. Could use Spinnerella's repainted head, clever use of paint on the legs and bodice to make the "bubbles" you can see on her top in the Bubble Carriage box art, plus Bubble Power She-Ra's bubble wand, and maybe a soft-goods skirt.

He-Ra - Battleground Teela body with repainted She-Ra head and boots. Black hair, and I'd go with silver instead of gold for the tiara and other metallic highlights. The headpiece/tiara is different in the He-Ra concept, but I think you could probably get away with the "close enough" route with the She-Ra version.

Starburst She-Ra - Major unmade variant. Could work with soft goods as the doll illustrates, although it isn't exact.

Josh - Axel's recipe is really solid - Eldor tunic, arms & legs from NA He-Man, crotch piece from Bow, boots from Dekker, but if you can't do a new head, you might be able to re-use the mustache-less Bow head or possibly Flipshot's unhelmeted head, although that one's not as close.

Red Eye and Kowla - Repainted Kowl figures. Red Eye looks a bit "rough around the feathers" though, so this might be tough unless maybe you do a combo or paint and flocking or something?

Storm - Catra's evil horse would be do-able as a Swift Wind repaint.

RE: Head for Josh - Not the Mo-Larr head!! Too cheesy

With Danielle's suggestions, I'd take Flipshot, just because I don't want 2 characters with Bows head on my POP shelf.

If people didn't mind some extra forehead bling, I'd say the He-Ro head is the closest to matching the artwork for Josh. They could give him lighter brown hair & maybe some different paint work on the face....if that's possible with action figures. I was always amazed that Mattel can take 1 of their Barbie head sculpts & make it look like a dozen different people with the use of paint. Doesn't seem as easy with figures.

Just a draft idea: what about using Darius'upper torso (including arms, hands, head), well that's if you want the unhelmeted head, otherwise we would need new tooling for the helmet. Then the Marzo's crotch piece and armor/cape, and He-man's legs and boots. The sword would be the same from original randor.
Wish list of MOTUC figures: Sagitar, Red Beast, Red Shadow, Red Knight, Hans Hammerholder, Ra-Jar

I would love to see a repaint of CG He-man in both Faker colors and Anti-Eternia. So many customs out there that look great! I would also love to have a repaint of CG Teela's head - one that actually looks like Filmation Teela. The head we got was ok, but still not the Teela we've been waiting for.

    "Lifetime" Skeletor
As seen in the last Marvel/Star comic. A repaint of the "William Stout Collection" Skeletor figure, with colors based on the interior art.
Add some repainted weapons. (If cost makes it feasible in any way, a new toy/comic-based head would be great, but repainting the existing head would do, too.)

    Chained He-Man
Based on his appearance in the Masters 1987 movie. A repaint of the "William Stout Collection" He-Man figure with battle damage paint apps. Potentially swapped parts would be his upper arms and underarms - use Oo-Larr's/Slamurai's parts there. Put He-Man's armor as optional accessory into the back of the packaging and add Lodar's chains.

    Cross-Sell Art Faker
Simply a repainted Ultimate Classics Faker, with armor & sword in magenta colors. (I'm still baffled that we never got this version of the figure.)

LEO TOYS figures such as Faker and Skeletor would be possibilities, too.
LEO Faker would be 99% a repaint of Ultimate Classics Faker plus a Havoc Staff and Skeletors loincloth being the only parts swap.
LEO Skeletor would be a straight-up repaint of Ultimate Classics Skeletor, done in black armor.

    "Power of Eternia" Weapons Pak
    - Skeletor's Havoc Staff in 200X colors (silvery ram head with copper horns
    - Magenta Faker armor
    - Magenta Faker sword
    - Faker's sword with orange hilt but silver blade
    - He-Man's shield recolored blue and red, like the version packaged with a vintage Stinkor variant
    - Fang-Or's sword repainted to equip other Snake Men
    - He-Man's sword in red - as seen on vintage Stridor's box art and German audio play covers
    - Multiple repaints of Castaspella's magical effect
    If the molds are available:
    - He-Man's techno-sword in 200X Faker colors
    - Zodac's gun in blue - as seen in a German Ehapa comic
    - Webstor's blaster in blue, referencing the vintage variant
    - Castle Grayskull weapons repainted
    - Blade's swords repainted to feature proper silver paint apps
    - Repaints of Hordak's, Grizzlor's and Mantenna's crossbows to equip other Hordesmen: yellow, blue, brown, you name it.
