First look at the McFarlane 12" Geralt of Rivia figure!

I haven't been a big McFarlane fan for years now, but I'm a super Witcher fan - so, this will join my collection!

It's been a while, but The Witcher Season 2 seems to be on schedule for a 2021 release.

If I was to guess, I'd say the show will hit Netflix this fall.

I'm not sure if anyone here is nerding out like me, but the synopsis for season 2 states that we will visit Kaer Morhen!!! And get to meet Vesimir!!! Plus, it sounds like there will be a focus on training Ciri in the ways of the Witchers!

This merging of Sapkowski's books and CD PR's games is incredibly awesome!

Though, I don't know how I feel about Geralt's armor in season 2...

This website has a good gathering of info on the next chapter in Netlix's Witcher series:

Here is Geeked Week's Witcher Season 2 Teaser... don't blink or you'll miss it.

And here is a good breakdown:

There is also a branching series that will follow Vesemir being developed as well as the previously mentioned animated movie... both coming to Netflix.

I really should get around to watching the rest of Season 1.
Don't think, that'll only confuse you.

How have you not finished it?!

I was hooked from episode one... but, I'm also pretty biased because I was a huge fan of the books and video games for a long time before the Netflix show finally dropped.

I have a few nits to pick with season one (mostly pertaining to continuity among source materials), but overall, I really recommend it.

I don't know, I just... watched a few eps, and then got busy with other things. Before I knew it, months had passed. I mean... I liked it, it just didn't hook me.

Darkhorse just announced preorders for their next Witcher merchandise...

A pretty [email protected] statue of Geralt on top of Roach!

The details look great... and I really like the base as well.

You should play the game Uki. Witcher 3 is regarded as Mario 64 or Western RPG games.

Playing a three-hour Rush show is like running a marathon while solving equations.

It's not so much a game as it is an experience...

I will say that if you eventually decide to give it a go, be careful... it will occupy more time than you realize!

Personally, I have invested over 300 hours into the Steam version of Witcher3, another 150+ hrs into the PS4 version and about 50 hrs into the Switch version.

Incredibly enough, I am still looking forward to the PS5 remastered version! (It must be a sickness... or, an addiction )

I guess I haven't been up to date on Witcher news; I didn't even know about this animated show!

Coincidentally, I just got the Ps4 Complete Edition of Witcher 3. I've never played any of the games before, so I thought I should give it a try. I just have to finish the game I'm currently playing first...

If you go back through this thread, I've posted a lot of upcoming information to catch you up on some of the Witcher news...

Regarding the game, you are going to love it. But, I will reiterate this post from earlier:

Nightmare of the Wolf is a fantastic, if not tragic visit to the downfall of the Witchers.

Definitely NOT for children! I was a little surprised by the gore...

It's holding a strong score on RT by both critics and audiences.

I would recommend it if for nothing more than getting a history lesson on the beginning of the end for Witcherkind... a sad tale indeed, but wonderfully animated and acted!

    Road to season 2!!!

    - - - Updated - - -

McFarlane has a few figures based on the Netflix show coming out very soon!

I'm not sure how I feel about that Henry Cavill head-sculpt... hopefully, it looks better on the production figure.

These are just in time for Season 2!!

Yeah, I got Ciri and Wolf Armor Geralt a while back, and Ciri is one of the best figures I've ever seen from McFarlane.

Sculpt, articulation, accessories and even paint are all top-notch!

The pictures on their website do not do the figures justice... it's almost a shame that they don't take time to really do a good job of photography like they used to back in the day.

Cool. I didn't know the Ciri figure had been released yet.
