This has to pretty much confirm that Loyal Subjects won't be doing a third wave.

So what's different about them from the Mattycollector ones? Is the size different? They look like they might have different head sculpts.

Marty Collector didn’t have regular He-Man or Skeletor. There are deco variations on others.

Buzzoff, Ram Man, Stinkor, and Trapjaw are all new.

EDIT: Man at Arms (no mustache) and Beast Man are minicomics deco. The only straight reissue is Faker and I think he might have a deco change.

EDIT AGAIN: Minicomics Trapjaw and Disco Skeletor also in the line.

Admittedly, I'm pretty surprised they're taking yet another crack at these. They didn't exactly light the world on fire the last go-round, and all these years later the price point has got to be even higher than they were before.

They look to be single issue blindpacks in a 3 inch plastic Grayskull that’s vintage toy based.

I was interested until they said blind packs. Not playing that game anymore.

Yup. I was so excited and then they do this. No blind bags for me. I’m out.

Why the hell don’t they release motu in imaginext? That is an established brand with a huge kid and adult following. Just dumb.

Incorrect. Regular style Mini He-Man and Skeletor were the SDCC Exclusive for 2013, and were offered as far back as 2015 in a Convention Sale on Matty. I believe these are a little bigger than the minis that came out the following year, but these were in fact sold on MattyCollector.

    Bummer if true.

Cool that the minis are back I guess though. Shame they’re blind boxes as I don’t want to re-buy the ones I already have.

Probably because they don't want MOTU to be seen as a "kiddie" property with the movie coming out. That or maybe there is bitterly fierce internal competition between the divisions of Mattel.

I echo everyone's revulsion with regards to these being blind-boxes. The cynic in me feels this was solely done so Mattel could ship samples out to various "influencers" for unboxing videos.

Blind bags nope not at all. So they can continue this failed line but the long lasting most expansive line of Masters Of The Universe ever they can’t continue?

Hmm, I don't collect these but might pick up one just for the plastic Grayskull container.

I think the failure last time was
    1) Online only
    2) $20 two packs was way too much

$5 at retail is an easy pill to swallow

The exclusives were, in fact, about 1/3 larger and the reason I never picked a set up. It will be nice to add original He-Man/Skelly at a matching scale.

Now, these I will buy! Not so much the Origins stuff. Bummed Classics is on ice. I guess that includes Club Grayskull too.

Is it confirmed these figures are the same size as the Mattel figures that came with pieces of the Grayskull and Snake mountain?

It may not be difficult to get the figures you want at all. If these are done the same way that Mattel does some of their other "blind" product (Imaginext and Micro-Minis blind bags) there will be a code printed/stamped on the package somewhere that will identify exactly which figure is inside if you know the codes (or you just make sure not to buy two of the same number). Or perhaps there will be a small window/opening in the castle that allows you to see a small portion of the figure like they do with the Hot Wheels blind bags (not sure, those may be stamped as well).

I don't like the look of this figures and i will not buy them! Sad for the Loyal Subjekts toys

But i'm happy for all the people who like them! Some fans where really sad when this line gots cancelled in MattyCollector times...

The Grayskull package is really cool!

I thought this project was being put to bed once and for all when Brandon Sopinsky left Mattel.

Well, at least, the latest prototypes that were shown to us still have a chance to reach our shelves.
But the blind bags approach ... MEH! I'll pay the inflated price via Ebay (which might cost cheaper than
buying x amount of them just to complete what you're missing!).

Great to see the unreleased one getting released but I wont do blind bags, I'd rather pay a little more on ebay and know what I'm getting.
