These are growing on me. I doubt I'll collect them, but they're kinda cute.

Seeing as I have all of the originals I may as well try and get all the new ones too, just hope they're not too expensive or hard to get over here.

I should have clarified - I want 3.75" with all the articulation, detailed sculpts, and copious accessories of the classic 80's G.I. Joe's. The ReAction MOTU figures are too basic and cheap looking.

That would be awesome. Those joe's (Action force over here in the UK) were my ultimate favourite toy for size and articulation. I remember always wishing all my other fave toy lines would be exactly the same size and articulation as the Joe's, so I could just mix them all in together. I would love to see them done in that style.

So are the heroes series 1 in Castle Grayskull and the Villains in Snake mountain series 1? The OP is a little odd as it says the same sentence twice while only swapping out Castle Grayskull for Snake Mountain.

E: In Pixel Dan's video he assumes that this is the case, Villains come in Snake Mountain, Heroes in Castle Grayskull, which I think is a really cool concept.

I'll buy a box and see if I want to get anymore.

I think Wave 1 is Castle Grayskull and Wave 2 is Snake Mountain.

Makes me wonder what Wave 3 and beyond could be... I want to see lots of these.

They still have She-ra, Horde Trooper, Mekaneck, Webstor, Hordak, Orko, and He-ro that have most of the work done.

We have in Germany the VEDES toy stores franchise and in one of their stores in Bavaria, the Spielewelt Schütz: https://www.instagram.com/spielwelt_...z_familystore/ - they have some special connection to Mattel Germany because they had the Masters of the WWE Universe wave 1 and wave 2 as first and only toy store in Germany and maybe Europe.

It seems that some other VEDES toy stores will get the Eternia Minis also

I was planning on skipping these altogether and just focusing on Origins, but now I think I'll pick some up.

So, are these blind bags? If so, has anyone solved the code for actually telling what's inside?

These are blind boxes and according to Die Welt der Meister-Magazin there is no indicator outside which figure is inside. That's the concept of a blind box line.

Can’t wait to get some of these. Hopefully many waves to come.

They showed some off earlier that aren’t in this wave, so maybe another wave quick!?

Not a bad question to ask though as while they are a blind box line, some companies put codes on the packaging that can help identify who is inside without opening it. Especially in the case of Mattel who does this exactly with their Imaginext line.

It’s a way customers can avoid spending a lot of money and having a ton of doubles. And it doesn’t spoil it, because if they truly want a surprise the code is typically very small and easy to ignore.

Seems unusual that there is no code on the package considering that every other blind pack product Mattel makes either had a code stamped into the bag or a small hole in the bag where you can get a peek at what is inside. Seeing the info that's stamped on the bottom of the Greyskull shell I was wondering if that might be where the code had been placed.

Germans fans are working on a list of codes right now. It's not finished and 100% confirmed yet, but right now these seem to be the codes:
    He-Man (1220OB A)
    Skeletor (1220OB B)
    Man-at-Arms (1220OB C)
    Trap Jaw (1220OB D)
    Ram Man (1220OB E)
    Jitsu (1220OB G or F)
    Buzz-Off (1220OB G or F)
    Horde Zombie He-Man (1220OB H)

The exact codes for Buzz-Off and Jitsu should be there once more fans get their figures soon.

Thanks for the info! Hope these hit the US soon. Someone please remind me as I missed it, are these going to be exclusives like Origins or get a wider release?

AWESOME! Thanks to you and to German fans! This is great. Now, I just wonder when/where these will be able to be found in the states.
