    Question about the Eternian government

A thought came to me last night and I'm wondering if anyone knows the answer. Who governs in Eternos city when the royal family, Man-At-Arms, and Teela aren't around? I'm specifically thinking about the situation in "Diamond Ray of Disappearance" when Randor, Marlena, and Duncan were taken from Eternia by the eponymous diamond. Adam's transformed into He-Man and Teela's off with him, so who's holding down the fort in the city? Is there a Prime Minister or Vizier or something?

The newspaper comics have a bunch of other court members, most prominently Duke Tiberon. We can probably assume that there are some ministers and such around, as Randor and Marlena can't do everything alone.

Thank you! I haven't read any of the newspaper comics. I'm going to have to rectify that.
