This NECA TMNT is the best rendition of the TMNT I've seen so far (at least in the internet). I'm sure those who have it will be stoked.

April's head looks like it was pulled off some other doll from a completely separate toyline as a placeholder. She looks nothing like the cartoon here =/

100% will get Casey. He's the one toy in this line that looks like he should just about perfectly fit with my classic comic turtles.

Those are my thoughts exactly! I do hope the shoulder pad thing is removable though, as that doesn't really match with his comic appearance. Not really a fan of the cartoon-accurate pea green shoes either, but I'll let that slide, lol.

The shoes I can live with - or maybe even repaint. But I do hope the shoulder pad comes off. In the one profile pic, it looks like there may be a gap between its strap and his stomach, so I'm hopeful.

Either way, he's definitely close enough to add to my collection.

Now if someone just sold more of the sidewalk bases. I could use a bunch of those...

Yeah, the more I look at it, the worse it gets...

It really is not up the normal Neca standards. I don't know what happened.

First Teela, then Scarlett, now April. Ugh... me sad.

For the most part, I prefer what Super7 is offering. Although I do prefer the NECA Splinter.

April is a huge miss. I'm sticking with Super 7. The details from the Playmates Vintage line are where it's at for me; these two lines are like the difference between the Club Grayskull and Classics choices in MOTU for me, and while I grabbed a few CH releases because they vary so wildly from the Classics looks (Evilseed, Tung Lashor, Clawful), I happily skipped the rest.

Now that Brian has informed us that Super 7 isn't beholden to only the Vintage Playmates stuff, too, I'm even more keen on them.

Still, that Neca Casey is pretty great!

TMNT Movie 2-Packs will be hitting Walmart stores later this year.

I assume that Trench coat Raph and Casey will join these and (hopefully) Shredder and Splinter.

Update: New pics of Metal head, April, and Super Shredder from Secret of the Ooze.

It appears that Neca did not fix the April head... and she is WAAAY to small next to the Turtles.

I think that this is the first really big gaff by Neca on this line...

They all look great with the exception of April. Her head sculpt is too big.

    Slash and Leatherhead:

I can't wait to grab these guys!!

On a side note, I stopped by Target yesterday morning and they were replenished on the Neca TMNT Wave 2 sets... so go check your local store out, if you haven't in a while.

So, NECA's "SDCC exclusive" for this year (which will now be sold through Target's site due to SDCC being canceled this year) is interesting.

It's figures based on the TMNT Coming Out Of Their Shells Tour. Interestingly, the packaging refers to it as the "Musical Mutagen Tour." I'm guessing there must be licensing issues with the original name.

I'm on the fence about these. Even as a kid, I found this who music tour thing to be kind of ridiculous (though I do like the Pizza Power song), so this isn't exactly something that I was clamoring for, or even ever expected to be made into collectible figures. At the same time, even as someone who didn't really get super invested in this aspect of TMNT, I was still very much peripherally aware of it, and there is still something of a nostalgic charm to this now. So, I may try to get a set.

Here are a few pics. More pics are in the Toyark link below.

That exclusive is a cool idea but thank God that it wasn't anything I wanted. EASY PASS.

Surprised by how much I like the exclusive, even though I had no idea this tour even happened. Guess we never caught wind of it in the UK.

Holy smokes!! Neca just cannot be stopped!

    These are some fantastic exclusives!

I always loved the goofy-looking expressions on their faces and the smaller shells on the turtles backs... they are definitely some of the more unique designs!

The Coming Out of Their Shell Tour is so vividly tattooed on my brain that these have just become a must-buy for me.

The figures look so good next to their source:

I love the backs of their jackets... an homage to the originals (but changed to the "new" 2020 tour logo).

Ahhh, I can't wait for these!!!

These are really good. Question though - I see them with wide open and semi open mouths - are there 2 heads or do these mouths actually move? I donít see or read anywhere about extra heads?

I'm sure I'd read they'd got moveable mouths.

They look accurate to the source material and NECA did a great job with the sculpts and packaging etc...but I have no interest in these at all.
