Stahl’s head came from a custom creator who sold it as a Conan head. I won’t publicize the seller as he took a bunch of money from me for other orders and never delivered them. Edit: oh, and his shoulder piece is from a 4” World War Hulk figure.

His loincloth comes from WWE Entrance Greats Triple H.

And as always, thank you all for the compliments!!

    Masters of the Hadleyverse.

    We doin demons today.

The Conniving One weaves words as well as spells to get mortals to do his bidding.

The Devouring One feasts on the souls of the mortals he slays with his own hands.

    More demons!

The Decaying One reeks of rotting flesh. He appears during times of great anguish and loss, such as plagues and war to feed off of the despair of the people.

The Unnamed One exists in all planes of reality at once - Eternia, Etheria, and Infinita. His power and purpose are not known; he appears to be an observer.

I’m not sure where my light box ran off to, so we’ll have to detour from demons. I made a couple more since taking all thee pics.

Today we have a trio of wizards. I really love the story of Karak Nul, so I’ve created a few different sorcerers who could play that part over the years. The Keldor-faced dude was one of the very first customs I made, so his paint is especially rough and gloppy. All three of these guys were fairly low-effort if I’m honest. But I think they have personality all the same.

We are approaching the end of my custom roster for whom I have photos. Need to find my light box and take some fresh pics. Here are just a couple berserkers. These guys got changed up since, so you may see these heads reused on different bodies.

Sorry, I don’t remember! I didn’t buy a pink paint. It was definitely a mixture.

    Masters of the Hadleyverse.

I am determined to find my photo booth this weekend and resurrect this thread with fresh material. I did have some leftover pics.

These Skelcons are based off the Terror Claws Skeletor body. One of them is using original parts, one is using a third party head created well before the figure came out, and well we won’t talk about where most of the other parts came from. The one in the middle is outdated. They all match now.

The Horde Trooper in the center has a third party head that was a lot of fun to paint.

The palace guards just have some light part swaps, but I think Dekker and his other head look like a rad father and son duo.

    Masters of the Hadleyverse.

Shogun - Evil mage minion of Jitsu. His staff has the power to command Draego Man, but only within short range. He has dispatched countless Ninjor to capture Draego, but they rarely return alive. Those that do come back empty handed find the punishment of failure to be worse than those who did not return.

Budokan - The elder of the order that Jitsu, Tatsu, the Ninjor, and Shogun come from. Within Jitsu he sees the potential to conquer Eternia. Though no longer as powerful as he once was, he is still formidable, both as a warrior and as a puppet master.

Yes he is! I'm trying to remember what it reminds me of. I think I've seen a similar face on some other character.

This is kind of a repost. Hordak was in the background of my picture of Skowl the evil owl way back on page 1, but I don’t think it really showed Hordak off very well. And neither does this pic because the perspective is too high and he looks stumpy. But this is my Hordak. Sometimes I switch between this head and one based off the 200x staction.

Gaze upon him and despair, for your life continues for only as long as he allows it. Imperator of the Horde Armies, Lord Autarch of over one thousand worlds, Dominus Rex of billions of souls, and soon to be Master of the Universe.

Thank you! I prefer Hordak as like an ancient death god or something, not a shape shifting robot pig. Alright, so who do we have today.

Horde-Bat, or whatever, is just a spare parts custom. With the MOTU vs DC and Injustice crossovers, and with Mattel using very MOTU-similar parts for some figures, I’ve added some DC guys into my collection. Just the ones that look like they “go”. So while I have a blue Batman in my heroic group, and a black Batman in my villains group, I threw this guy together for the Horde. He really should have a Sundar axe, come to think of it.

Imp is based on a Mythic Legions goblin figure. The wings come from Vivutrian Hacks, whatever they are. The head of his staff is one of the little red not-Imp fellas that came from Hordak, with his head removed and wings grafted to the back of his cranium. Under the “studio” lights, I think it becomes clear that Imp needs a lighter drybrush around his features.

Alright, so this can take us to a brief DC interlude or a Mythic Legions detour... we shall see which way we go on the next exciting episode of Masters of the Hadleyverse.

Sometimes you just kind of serendipitously get parts that go together when you buy different lots of stuff!
