Read the rules, so n00b question. I can't access the Marketplace.....

Dedset will be along with specifics on the Marketplace and how you can gain access. Basically it's because you have registered with a free email account (Gmail, etc.). You can either change your email address to something not free (ISP, school, work, etc.) or donate to the site to gain access to the Marketplace.
