Sorry for the potentially dumb question, but will the base game be available at retail?
Check out my on-going project: THE UNOFFICIAL MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE CLASSICS COMPLETE COLLECTION GUIDE
Featuring photos, bios, accessories, release dates, and trivia for every figure, beast, vehicle and playset released in Masters of the Universe Classics!
I own a tabletop game store in a midwest college town and (in addition to my personal copy) I ordered 6 more for the shop. I plan to set up a huge MOTU display (I also display some of my Origins, Classics and vintage figure collection at the shop) and see how it does.
I do not have any illusions that it will be a huge seller but I do not care.
Also negotiating with a terrific local miniature painter to paint my personal set, as well as Sy-Klone, Rio Blast, Dragstor and Multi-Bot figures I bought on Etsy. Fingers crossed!

Unfortunately, I missed out on the kickstarter campaign for this. I’m looking for 2 complete sets. (One for myself, and one for my son.) If anyone knows where to get complete sets that included everything (including 3-D scenery, dice, map, etc. I think it was the I have the power package.) please let me know. Thank you.
This is my first Kickstarter, so I'm unfamiliar with the process. When CMON says that they are going to ship rewards soon, does that mean the entire game or just stretch goals/unlocks? I'm really excited, but also a little worried about where all this stuff is going to go. The pile of game pieces shown in their last update looks massive.
It should be all of your rewards for your pledge will ship together. Usually, they email you a notification for your card to get charged on shipping. Then you'll get the shipping notification. If they have to do multiple shipments, we'll likely get an email for that. I doubt that will happen though. It's all hurry up and wait at this point. Some production delays had me wait two years past the expected fulfillment date for my Street Fighter board game from Jasco, which the pandemic set things back on as well. It put a delay for a little more than a year additional wait on my IDW Batman: TAS game too.
I make my own MOTU video game stuff. Check it out.

The most recent update sure seems to suggest shipping has begun! Fingers crossed!!!

People all over the world are getting their games! I expect mine soon. Anyone get theirs yet?
Got mine this week! "I Have The Power" set, two large boxes shipped separately. Ontario, GTA area.

I don't know when I'll ever play this but I opened up all the boxes to ensure all the minis were intact and everything was fine. I am impressed with the level of detail and also just the boxes and artwork themselves. It's all pretty spiffy.
For those who have received this, what shipping company are they using for these?
What's going on? A few weeks back the email update stated that the US shipment had arrived and the games were being shipped to customers, and the Canadian shipment was delayed, yet then my game showed up out of nowhere while I'm seeing loads of US backers complaining that they haven't received theirs yet...
I don't think Miniature Market is necessarily equipped to handle distribution at this scale. They should be sending out hundreds of pledges a day, but for a while there it felt like only a handful of people were reporting any movement. If they are only getting 20-50 out a day it's going to take a long time to get those pledges out.
To add insult to injury it seems that they shipped to retailers first so people who didn't even back the game could get a copy before backers.
