I can't wait to see these in stores. Although, my Walmarts were like a month behind on putting out the WWE figures, so idk how long it'll be before I can get them.

Walmart seems to have such spotty distribution...

Some stores get tons of certain items, while others get very little - if any at all.

Oh, that's a good bet. Notice all the Skeletors sitting on eBay right now, not selling at $40. Maybe a reseller just gave up and returned them.

I suppose a better picture, clearly showing the condition of the cards could help clear that up. If the cards were in good shape, I would be inclined to think they weren't from an online order. Most MOTU Origins figures bought online through Walmart arrive looking like they were delivered by Ace Ventura.

That said, I don't care if the cards were warped to crap. If the figure looked good I'd buy it.

Seems very likely this was a site-to-store pickup that never got picked up. I can't imagine it was a return this early in the game, because flippers can still make a profit off these. Smaller than a few weeks ago, but still a profit.

I wish it was the other way too, but I agree that this might have been someone’s online order. Because you would think the cases would be more than just Skeletor and if there was 5 of him there would be at least one of someone else.

There were 2 Skeletors at Evergreen Park, IL Walmart last night. It was weird because there was no peg space for them. On a peg for WWE. I didn't buy them, but they were there as of 6:30 last night.

Ahhhhh...that is so close! Please let these be out there and not a bunch of scalpers returning Skeletors.

I hope so--EP Walmart is a mess, but you can find some interesting stuff there sometimes. I found a bunch of clearance super rare marvel legends series right after the holidays. Stuff that goes for almost 100.00 on evilbay. Like they had found some old cases in back or something. Also, they broke street date by 2 weeks on the new FF7 remake!

It is quite possible someone but them out before they were meant to be there.

IDK it was pretty easy for me to pass them by. These are the first I saw in person in package, IMO, which I know differs from many on this board, they actually look like knock offs of the vintage figures. The Skeletors looked more like Remcos when they are in the package-shiny plastic, bright colors---IDK---not a fan. We will see what the next figs look like.

That being said, the art on the back is fantastic...if Classics could have come in these packages....

Yeah maybe this not gonna end like motuc but i think i'll grab some of them in authentic stores as soon as possibile when available.
We are all hoping for more playsets this time around, Eternia demand its return after many many years, right?

Yeah, I agree. I would have loved repaints of the Classics figures in this packaging...a continuation of the Super 7 Ultimates line...ah well. Spilt milk and all that...

That’s too bad.

We all wish they were back in stock, but I still think they will be back online eventually. Especially since like many others have said, these technically aren’t officially out yet aside from what almost seemed like a leak of online stock. There hasn’t really been any other store sightings either and Brickseek says stores don’t have them either.

Once they show up in stores, you can order them with the contactless pickup thing. It's how my family's been getting our groceries for like a month now.

They haven't even been "officially" released yet... hold tight, I'm hoping these figures will be easy to collect, both on- and off-line.

I think that will indeed be the case, Ornclown. Many in various FB groups seem to think they’re already missing out when it hasn’t even actually launched yet; the panic is silly and a little embarrassing.

Yes, definitely too early to bail on this line. We’re all excited and just have to be patient a little bit longer!
