I'm in southeast PA and these were nowhere to be found at ANY of my Targets. Which one did you find them at, out of curiosity? Seeing as there were only one of each, it looks fished out already. I did find the Road Ripper hidden in some mad dash aisle with a bunch of random toys piled into shelves by the NERF guns. It was so random and wild - all kinds of toys in there and one single Road Ripper, stashed in by the side. The other Target I checked said they had 4 Deluxe Figs and I went and they were all out said the employee with the scanner app. SO frustrating - I just want Thunder Punch and I'm DONE.
It was in Quakertown. A few days later the same Target had very little MOTU stuff (new retro TMNT stuff moved in), and they had moved the Sun-Man sets and a bunch of the Masterverse figures to another aisle on clearance. I often check the Target and Walmart in Allentown near/on Hamilton Blvd. That Walmart has a ton of Rotons, wave 7, and Snout Spout and Leeches. The Allentown Target section keeps shifting but it's all Wave 7.
Unreal, I must have gotten there but a day early - that is so frustrating. I had a feeling there were other people around, but I also suspect we have major scalpers in our area. I rarely find anything good in that Target when it's actually supposed to be out. Did they still have Thunder Punch?
I checked 3 more Targets, including one that prior Target told me had 4 - there were NONE. KOP, Oaks and Royersford. I had already checked Pottsgrove too. Completely fished out...

I found movie skeletor yesterday at target in Greenville, SC. I had to pass on it because I have one on the way already. It was very tempting though.
Oh nice! I hit up the Target off of 290 near Menchaca the other day and they didn't have much aside from 200X He-Man and Pig-Head (Origins). For Masterverse they had She-Ra on clearance and the- you guessed it!- leftover Fistos and Andras (seriously- how are these two still there?!).
That Target in Quakertown has shifted so much in the past few weeks, and there probably is heavy scalping as you said. On Thursday, they had some new retro TMNT stuff right next to the MOTU section. Two days later, every last TMNT item (the retro figures, new figures, the 12 inch figures) were all GONE! Interestingly, MOTU's Wave 7 stock seemed to be quite a bit less. The Masterverse and Sun-Man sets had been moved to a clearance aisle, but as far as I'm seeing, they're not actually priced as clearance.
I browsed Wal-Mart today while doing other shopping. They still have the usual peg warmers. I was hoping the old waves would hit the discount aisle by now so maybe we would see new waves show up on the pegs. I checked the discount aisle to see if anything was there and found a Flocked Panthor for $8 so picked him up.

Found one Origins Horde Trooper figure at a bin store this morning. Saturdays, every item in the bins are 9 bucks each
Dunno why I bought the figure but its a Masters of the Universe figure. Cool design but the torso emblem to push on it to reveal battle damage is kind of lame but cool i guess
Was at Target last night, and they've finally cleared out all but 1 Sorceress from Wave 7. Only other Origins they had was Mekaneck.

A friend of mine just found me a Duplico in store at a Walmart in Dallas, Texas. They only had one in stock at the time he was there. Hopefully this bodes well for him becoming easily findable. I still gotta find an opener!
