This is made all the worse because of the textured upper boot, but smooth toes/claws...

Dont know why but feet are a common problem with Masterverse. I think they are all goofy and mess up the whole figure.

My baseball umpire Teela cannot stand well. She keeps taking shelf dives and bringing down others with her.

Have her sporting the long hair Teela head.

Maybe she can’t handle the weight of all that extra hair.

Very glad they are not doing sock feet in MV!

Those NE Beast Man feet do look kinda chunky, and I always felt the MV heroes’ boot are kinda long and skinny with small feet… I do like all clawed feet though, 3 or 5 toes.
And in general, none of them ruin the figure for me :-)

I've been calling her Bass Pro Teela, but Baseball Umpire Teela is a great call too.

Do we know if the MV CGI He-Man and Skeletor have been spotted anywhere yet? They are due out soon right?

Neither Zodac nor Merman have "sock feet" in Origins. Beastman does but proportions are all right and vintage accurate.

I rather have right-sized "sock feet" than inflated clown slippers.

I don't think they've been available for order directly yet (and the 3rd party sellers delivery dates are well into 2023), but they do have Amazon links:

I was able to order Skeletor from Amazon direct (not 3rd party) and he is due to arrive Aug 22. We’ll see if I get him by then.

Those are the next two figures that I have been eagerly awaiting since they were revealed. Hopefully we'll see them soon.

    Here's hoping! Keep us updated!

BBTS has them slated as "3rd Quarter 2022," so August 22nd sounds reasonable.

I can't wait to get these two... and I'm hoping for more characters to come along (Sorceress / Teela, please!)

Gods! Looking at these two next to each other does NOT do Masterverse any favors, lol.

I've said it time and again... MV torsos are ridiculously slim. These are HE-MAN figures, they should be exaggerated and, above all, muscular!

I posted the same thing way back when MV Zodac was revealed... the monster feet look downright silly and way out of place on this figure.

It's the same reason that I bought the DC vs. MOTU 2-pack back in the day... to get the Classics version of Zodac that is actually wearing gloves and NORMAL boots!
Yep! Exact same reason why I bought the DC/MOTU version of Zodac. The boots look better!!

The more I look at the Masterverse figures and the Masterverse buck in general I am really not much of a fan of it. While I am not the biggest fan of the MOTUC buck in general I think it is definitely superior aesthetically.

I love all three. Zodac (boots and gloves), Zodak (body paint), and Zodaq (finned forearms and monster feet).
Please check out my custom figures. The first few stink but I get better.

I also wrote a fanfic. See the fanfic board. At least four people like it.

Yes, they can't seem to manage feet. Battle Cat is probably the worst, it looks completely non anatomical.

Nice review, too. Will be my first (large) Filmation Hordak, aside from the Super7 neo vintage.

Looks like a solid way the cape is attached– much better than NE Skeletor. I love that Skeletor all around, but not happy that the cape armor just sits on him unattached, wiggling around with every move. 🤨

    QFT.

While I really like most of the Masterverse figures so far, they definitely need to make the buck more He-Man-esque... right now, it's more of a gym-teacher buck and it needs to be a Mr. Universe buck.

I would be much happier with Zodac's boots/feet if they looked more robotic, like this custom: https://scontent.fagc1-1.fna.fbcdn.n...2A&oe=62FD0422

Granted, that's just my personal preference.

Those are great! What fb page are those from? Can you heat and pop Masterverse boots, and stick Classics boots on the legs without any drilling/major modification?

I'll been wondering how to make a Classics Kol-darr out of the Origins head and armor. It didn't even occur to me to make a Masterverse Kol-darr. The Viking He-man buck works great for a Masterverse Kol-darr...
