As soon as I get a second BA Skeletor on the cheap I'll turn it into BA Keldor. I already own a 2nd Keldor to keep as Skeletor, so I have the head & arms anyway. I want Webstor boots for that Skeletor so I also have the boots I need eventually. The only hassle will be heating the biceps to swap arms out at the elbows as the BA body decided not to include the standard sockets.

It also has the added benefit of being lighter, as my Fisto neck dumbbell is kinda loose, having less weight means it doesn't flop so much.

Inspired by all of you here, I have begun collecting extra MOTUO for some mix/match projects.
First up, the Fuerza-T 8, inspired by smitty.81!
Then, I have always wished TC Skel, FF He-Man, etc (all the 'deluxe' figures) were characters of their own. Thunder Punch He-Man would just be Thunder Punch, Heroic Warrior with a Thunderous Punch! (something like that). So those customs will be up after I finish off the Fuerza-T 8!
This is why I greatly prefer the mix/match parts to the action features of the past. Well, some of them. Still love Mek's neck and a few others. But glad many of those easily breakable 'features' that sometimes made the toys unplayable (*cough* Ram Man *cough*) are being rethought for MOTUO.

With all this talk about the Fuerza T 8 here is a picture of the 3 I have completed thus far with 2 teasers of others I am working on.

How did you do the arm swap? I'm using the RoE armor for my Skeletor and I have a spare broken BAS (the drum sinks in for some reason), so I wanna do this
BA bodies use unique arms with bulky shoulder ball sockets. These need lots of heat to pull off & aren't compatible with any other body. If Roboto is any indication, the standard sockets are too bulky to use in these bodies. But the elbow pegs are the same as normal figures so they can be swapped with some heat. Hair dryer will suffice, about 1 minute or so on high setting until the plastic softens.
I just updated Vespero's pic to his current appearance.
All in all I'm quite happy with him.
Masterverse 81 minicomic jungle warrior He-Man. Armor & shield are from Faker, the armor will go on but is tight. He-Man boots will fit these legs fine, but the bare feet will not fit the He-Man legs. He-Man's right wrist cuff is glued with a small peg but it peeled off easily. I've seen loose belts & shorts on eBay but I don't see how to swap those without cracking open the torso. But it's fine, otherwise it'd be He-Man with a different head.
The belts themselves are a harder plastic that don’t seem to stretch very well with heat. They will start to tear, but you can get it off if you remove the legs first and you go slowly. The loincloths are just like MOTUC and can be shimmied down with heat pretty easily if you remove the legs. But for the belt itself, I’ve found it easier to just make a little slit in the back and glue it back down after the swap.
