Ha, I just did an upper arm swap as well.
Mates have commented that Meat-Beat doesn't look "Frankenstein-y" enough, so I swapped in some skeletor legs and left bicep.
I think it fits in well with his concept of being a malfunctioning Faker.

"Now, I don't think that's a good ide-!"
"oi don' care if e's the most powerful man inna universe; 'e calls me 'Faker' again an' I'ma run ten thousand volts up 'is arse!"
The Vampiress Allura and Meat-Beat, a rogue Faker unit that's a little off his stitched-up rocker.
Legs from Skeletor, left bicep n hand from Faker.

A trio of augmented Fakers created to destroy He-Man, Strike Team Gar were a failed experiment by the Evil Warriors, built by Tri-Klops and Trapjaw.
Eschewing the typical cloaking systems used by regular Faker units, these three were built with approaches focused on power, speed and cunning applied in a more direct approach.
Faker Prime was designed as a Frontline combatant, Prime was augmented with enhanced strength and durability, equipped with magically enhanced force field technology as well as enhanced servos and cooling systems for greater force output, such power came at the cost of speed and reaction time.
Flailer was built for enhanced speed and superior hand-eye coordination, focusing primarily on offensive strikes and techniques, utilizing data from Tri-Klops, Skeletor and He-Man. While more agile, these modifications resulted in a Faker robot that was less durable than its peers.
Meat-Beat was programmed with greater self-awareness and analytical thinking, combined with extensive knowledge of robotics, mechanics, smithing and leatherwork but its intelligence eventually proved to be the project's undoing as such an increase in intellect and self awareness caused this Faker to regard itself as more intelligent than its peers and eventually, its creators.
Sent to ambush He-Man, they were successful in incapacitating him, but their superior enhancements were not tempered by humility and three powerful machines also came with equally powerful egos.
As all three argued over leadership, He-Man escaped and destroyed Prime and Flailer, knocking Meat-Beat into the Well of Truth during the battle.
While all three were recovered, Meat-Beat went rogue, driven insane with existential clarity as it set out to forge its own heroic legends as a self-proclaimed Master of the Universe.
Rebuilt, Prime and Flailer have never forgiven their rogue squad mate and while still in service to Skeletor, continue to keep their sensors open for the whereabouts of their wayward 'brother'.

After a horrific battle, Man-at-Arms and Roboto found one surviving Andrenan. Badly wounded and near death, the two used state-of-the-art robotics to repair the fallen warrior. Without any memories of its past the Andrenan named itself B-Org and rejoined the hive it their fight against THE EVIL FORCES OF SKELETOR!

Even as a kid, I thought Ninjor should have regular human feet and arms, so when Ninjor was released in Origins, I grabbed an extra for a potential custom. Now that we have Slamurai, I decided to finally make my Ninjor 2.0.

After seeing Origins Slamurai, I changed course a bit (at least for this photo) and gave him the same recipe: regular arms and lower legs with trunks that were an alternate color. Slamurai is white with blue and grey. My Ninjor is black with red and burgundy.
I used Jitsu boots, so I had to remove the gold paint with acetone and clear nail polish I applied and then immediately wiped off. It took a few hours and was painstaking, and there's still a bit left, but I'm happy with the result.
