Evil-Lyn will be in the main game. Maybe Saurod will available somewhere.

I wonder... Which members of the Horde (other than the mandatory Hordak) would you like to see in an add-on to our game?
This is the list from the Dark Horse compendium:

You're right!
If I had to choose 4 of them (for whatever reason) this would be my horde:

What?!!I thought they had announced this gameʼs Kickstart for the end of the year. I wasn't expecting anything to be suddenly available now. Much less such an essential figure as He-Man on Battlecat!
Many thanks for the heads-up, Jukka!
And way NOT to go for releasing stuff, Archon Studios! This is not the way to treat your potential loyal customers! Many people will surely miss out on this because they were led to believe the game was being Kickstarted at the end of the year, not in September!
Itʼs bad enough that the sale of this game is obnoxiously regionally-locked (same for the other—American-exclusive—boardgame, which I cannot buy). Just, please, donʼt make it even worse by suddenly releasing prime stuff out of thin air on short notice! People cannot be expected to be checking Archonʼs site every day, months before the announced timeframe for the Kickstarter, to see if something essential suddenly turns up unexpectedly.
OTOH, why on Eternia is the price denominated in US dollars? This being a European-only exclusive and Archon Studios being based in Poland, it only makes sense for the price to be denominated directly in euros, which would save everyone involved from having to deal with fluctuating currency conversion and its associated exchange-fee markup.

Wait, where is Shadow Weaver?Shadow Weaver is an essential Horde member (in both Filmation and Netflix). She must be in!
I don't care if she looks Filmation, Netflix, or something in between (or even a new refurbished look, as long as she's recognizable). She needs to be there in some way!
She is a sine qua non must. One of the super-core golden Horde triad: Hordak, Catra, and Shadow Weaver. If there's a podium of Horde members, these three are the ones that should stand there, and each could be seen as representing one of the three main vintage sources of Horde characters (Hordak as toyline MotU, Catra as toyline PoP, and Shadow Weaver as Filmation).
As for what other Horde members should be in, I'd say just have a look at which ones were the regular appearances across the main MotU/PoP media incarnations. At the very least, I think it should include the main regulars from Filmation She-Ra and Netflix She-Ra, which are the two most well-known media incarnations of the Horde. So:
– Hordak & Imp
– Horde Prime
– Horde Trooper
– Shadow Weaver
– Catra
– Scorpia
– Entrapta
– Mantenna
– Grizzlor
– Leech
Other members:
– Despara (a fully “Hordified” version of Adora, featured in the new DC comics)
– Lonnie, Kyle & Rogelio (this trio are actually semi-regulars in Netflix She-Ra; and there was also a Lohnie in Filmation)
– Octavia (she wasn't a regular of either series, but appeared in both cartoons, got a Classics figure, and she's so cool-looking and has so much action-feature potential, that probably should also be included in the main roster)
– Modulok (so cool and so many possibilities, although he might be classified as semi-independent rather than purely Horde)
– Multibot (a high-tech version of Modulok)
– Mosquitor (Pixel-Dan is a well-known superfan of him)
– Dragstor (had a vintage toy)
– Prince Zed (the Horde has royalty, too, haha; he's supposed to be Horde Prime's son in Filmation)
– General Sunder (he's a general, and got a figure in Classics)
– Horde Wraiths (also got Classics-ized, look supercool, and would be a nice nod to 200X)
– Horde Invaders (Ferros, Repta & Rachney)
– ...and, well, there are a few other one-hit Horde wonders that have appeared (especially in Filmation), which I could compile a list of if interested.
– Oh, and a few in-betweeners (such as Double Trouble, Blast Attack, Rattlor, Tung Lashor, Admiral Scurvy, Fighting Foe Men, ...), meaning they may or may not be considered Horde members (because they have also been associated with other factions/allegiances).

I'm not sure exactly when that mini was originally announced but there is a photo of it posted by Krueger on the first page of this thread that was dated August 20th so it's not completely out-of-thin-air as I've had a friend in England order one for me which is shipping or has already shipped to him.

I'm puzzled about the pricing being listed in "$", too, but I also know that there are other countries in the world that use the "$" symbol for their currency (examples: Mexican pesos, Canadian dollars, Australian dollars and New Zealand dollars).

The He-Man and Battle Cat miniature was announced and up for pre-order right at the same time (and in fact within the very same press release) when Archon Studio announced the boardgame project. Even if someone did not see that news or did not read it completely back then, the miniature still is available. This offer was and is no secret at all.
"Why's Dragstor riding on Night Stalker?" "Cause he can."

Yes! Of course, how could I leave him out? He's such a hilariously badass Horde character.
But none of them in Europe! There have never been any dollars in Europe since the Spanish dollars of old (and the older German thalers who are their name ancestors) went out of circulation.
OK. Sorry, my bad! I must have missed that bit of information because I guess when I read it was being Kickstarted I assumed everything was going to be included in the higher-tier pledges.
I mean—and this was actually my main point/criticism—the whole point of backing a Kickstarter project by pledging extra to get exclusive higher-tier perks, is supposed to be able to secure one's hand on the whole enchilada, including the exclusive stuff.
It seems counterproductive to put exclusive stuff (and especially must-have stuff such as He-Man on Battlecat, who are the A-list of the A-list) up for preorder months before the actual Kickstarter campaign launches, because that means people pledging maximum-tier money to the project are still going to be deprived of top-notch exclusive stuff, if they didn't preorder that stuff separately months before the Kickstarter even started.
Which means there will be people who will say “to hell with it” and not pledge anything, if they feel they are no longer able to get the full thing fully in full (without resorting to secondary-market scalpers) even if pledging the maximum, top-tier amount.

But Catra and Shadow Weaver shouldn't be “expansion fodder”, they (plus Hordak and the ubiquitous Horde Trooper) are core stuff that should be there the first minute the Horde makes an appearance.
To a lesser or greater degree, the others might be kept on the back-burner for a while—if need be—as “expansion bait”. I'd probably include at least a couple of them (say, Mantenna and Scorpia, or Leech and Entrapta) in the initial offering, in order to beef up the faction enough for it to be a mighty force to be reckoned with from the get-go.
Oh, and they don't seem to have been mentioned, but vehicles are a must! Especially for the Horde, which is the most “vehicle-equipped” MotU faction by a long margin. Vehicles have always been such an important and iconic part of MotU (almost as much as for Star Wars). For the Horde, we'll need, at the very least, their iconic Batmeks!

Well, I guess it is what it is and we (including you) are all going to get gouged by the currency exchange brokers.
Thanks.
And sorry for my initial reaction in fear of missing out.
I'm a boardgame and miniatures geek, apart from a MotU freak, and I've been asking for and looking forward to the release of a modern tabletop MotU game since, like, forever, and for the longest time I was convinced such a thing would never come to happen.
And well, here we are with two exciting MotU miniature boardgames coming up.
Which would be greatest thing since sliced bread for me, if not because half of the MotU fandom will be regionally locked out of getting one of them, and the other half locked out of the other.
I'm a hobbyist game designer, too, and one of my ongoing MotU-related fan projects (so far unimaginatively called MotuGame) is precisely for a MotU card/board fan game. Which I was going to talk about in my under-construction MotuFan website (I have lots of sketches and ideas for it floating around in my head and notebooks, waiting to crystallize into a coherent whole that I'm satisfied with). But I'll be putting that on hold until after your and CMON's games come out, just in order to make sure the mechanics and stuff in my fan game are distinctly different from those in the official ones.![]()

It's in German but it can be set for auto-generated subtitle translation...
Patience & eBay (and, sadly, dropping lots of dollars) will be your friend. But I totally 10,000% understand how you feel because I'm a fellow tabletop gaming obsessive! I think in time you will be able to get hold of one if not both of the upcoming games.
That sounds very, very, very cool! Can't wait to see both your ideas and the website! Are you also into RPG's? Because I'm also very excited about the MOTU RPG game that's coming out!
Also to add, my He-Man & BattleCat mini turned up today - pic attached!
