Mattel creations has a few figures and castle grayskull on sale at the moment. I just got castle grayskull, stridor and mastersverse stinkor and scareglow delivered for 230$. Much less than they cost over here. Some how delivery was only 15$.

So this is not a good sign...

Big W has revised their web page, and deleted ALL Origins entries except for Battle Cat (which is probably only because there are piles of them just sitting there on shelves). Not even He-Man and Skelly left.

I suppose it isn't unreasonable, given that they have been almost entirely unable to obtain stock for the past 6 months, and I had more or less resigned myself to buying from elsewhere for between 2 and 6 times the recommended retail price, but still...

    Get it together Mattel.

Big W has been a mess, especially for people living outside of city centres, I've had to import everything from Europe or USA because they refused to ship Origins. It is a shame, as I would have bought multiple more sets if they were better stocked and distributed locally, my nieces and nephews love them. Was at my nieces 5th birthday party, her friends went nuts over the handful of figures I'd gotten her and her brother for Christmas. They just knew how to play with them, and knew who the baddies and good guys were. I couldn't believe a dozen 5 year old girls could have so much fun with MOTU. On another note, you can order Origins from your local Toyworld. Much better than Big W's mess.

Unfortunately I haven't had a local Toyworld (or one with 500 Km) for the best part of 20 years now

Bizarre. I just snagged one of two Sun Man toys from an Australian Amazon vendor.

I haven't seen Origins figures at my Big W for a couple of weeks now. They do still have the Netflix animated figures, Ram Ma'am, Man-E-Faces and Battle Cat.

And yesterday I spotted the 8.5-inch CGI toys - well, 3 of the five released so far (Skelly, Trap Jaw, Stratos - no He Man or Man At Arms). Hadn't even heard of them, so I did some research (they're reasonably new, and have the articulation that the 5-inch CGI toys don't) and went back and grabbed them today. Only because there are only perhaps a dozen characters for there to be toys of, and of course because I really enjoyed the CGI cartoon

Genuinely was not entirely sure that an Australian vendor had obtained Sun Man toys until just now...

Was in New Zealand visiting my partners family and while I was there I’d thought I’d check out what if any MOTU they would have. To my surprise they had wave 3 and 4 Masterverse. I ended up buying the lot.

    I am honestly shocked.

And now I'm going to Big W on the vaguest of slight chances...

Also, Pig Head is wave 9 (200x He-Man, 200x Skeletor, Mantenna), not Sun Man's wave 8 (Clawful, Horde Trooper, Anti-Eternia He-Man). If wave 9 (currently going for absurd prices on e-bay) is hitting Australia...

    - - - Updated - - -

I have now seen two reports of Origins wave 9 (yes, the very latest one that is still selling for silly money out of Singapore because it isn't properly out in the US yet) being stocked at Big W (one at Marion SA, the other at Sunshine Vic). There is still no sign of any Origins stuff (except the Battlecats they haven't been able to shift for almost a year now...) on the Big W website.

Has anyone anywhere else seen anything? I checked Big W Mildura on Saturday and found nothing.

I’ve seen reports on Facebook of people picking up wave 9 from Waverley Gardens and Cessnock.

I went back to Marion Big W this morning. No sign of Pig Head unsurprisingly but they did have a peg full of wave 5 Skeletors.

Yep, Skeletor is now shown on their web page as "new" (was not there yesterday). I wonder where they're going with this this year?

I saw a Sun Man for $19 in a toy mate shop. Stupid stupid stupid me did not buy it. Sun man does nothing for me. It didn't occur to me I could have used him to trade for one I wanted.

Good old Big W....every store in Sydney is low or no stock.

The Skeletors I saw yesterday were definitely from wave 5. He has the closed mouth and has Faker, Fisto and 200X Evil-Lyn in the cross-sells.

Can confirm. I just picked up the entire wave from Big W, Epping VIC. $21 each. It was the only set there.
    200x He-Man, 200x Skelly, Mantenna and PigMan.

Nice one. I checked Big W at Westfield Southland Mall and they had no Origins except for Battle Cat. (They had a Masterverse Teela, the variant with classic armour.)

Yeah, every Big W has had tonnes of Origins Battlecats for a year now. That, and Masterverse Skelegod (or that might be Toyworld)

Just grabbed all four wave 9 toys from Big W Mildura. Looks very much like they received only a single case. All the items scanned as the same thing, and they're still not on Big W's web site.

Coool. I paid silly eBay prices a month or two back (AU$ 55 each). Glad to see that stores haven't given up on Origins.

Yeah its great to see Big W are at least trying to stock origins.

I've got 200x HM and Skeletor in my BBTS PoL, just waiting for the Masterverse CGI HM and Skeleton to arrive before I ship them.
