Oh. I hadn't been following any discussion or coverage on him, so I didn't know. That's what it looked like to me, so that's just what I assumed. Is it painted on or what?

Yeah it's like a painted on decal but it does give the illusion of it being just a stuck on sticker.

Even being painted on, it being on the outside of his chest seems cheaply done compared to the vintage figure.

The heart looks very much on the outside of his torso on mine, and while I know it's /not/ a sticker… it looks like one.

I can feel mine on the outside of the chest... not sure if they're all exactly the same, but- while it doesn't bother me- I can see how this would scratch off easily if I'm not careful with it.

I still haven't pulled mine from the package but it looks like mine is on the outside. Will confirm this evening though.

Yes he literally says "This time around we just have the heart printed on the front." He referred to the vintage figure having the heart inside his chest.

Mine's definitely on the outside but I can see where even with a painted on decal it would have looked much better if they'd done it on the inside.

I would add though that after taking him out of the package I love his colors and am happy with my Tenderheart Roboto.

Ooops! I think I was fading in and out of consciousness when I watched his review, so I must have mistakenly interpreted him as saying that the heart sticker (or whatever it is) is on the inside of the chest. Either way, he thought it sucked, and you know it takes a lot for Dan to express negativity!

EE has a drop for April 28th that is most likely Snake Mountain. We know is a mass release so it'll hit BBTS and Amazon the same day it's just not ready yet.
