Personally, I want the orange armor/sword. But I hope we get the magenta armor and sword in the line too for those that want it. And Leo Faker too.
Power-Con Faker 2-Pack would be neat... one a Battle Armor figure, the other a regular version but with the extra armor/weapons/heads to make the Leo Faker version... and some sort of packaging that resembled a laboratory or something with a light-up feature (I'm dreaming big here!).

I got wave 3 in from BBTS today. Great wave, but every figure had small issues that needed fixing. Mer-Man's arms wouldn't bend at the elbow, She-Ra has a wobbily waist, Roboto had paint scuffs on his legs and Zodac needed some paint on his upper lip. Except for the waist everything was easily fixed, so not that big of a deal. Just great to finally get more Origins, can't wait for the rest of my preorders.

I bought 2 Roboto’s and both had bad paint apps on legs. Not that big of a deal but a pain when you want to keep one Moc

That’s a cool addition to Ram Man, I’ll have to watch the MYP cartoon again to see that face mask .

Where does the second axe come from? A specific mini comic? Also from 200x?

My wave three set (minus She-Ra, who I passed on) has arrived! After a rough weekend, I had actually forgotten they were supposed to arrive today, so it was a great surprise to see the box waiting on my porch after I got up this morning! Just looking at them in the package, I see that one of my Mer-Man figures has a some slop on his facial paint apps, but as that's an extra I ordered for my little niece to play with, it's not a huge deal. He'll surely soon have bigger problems! Anyway, I'm about to bust 'em open, and then get started on reviews! Bring on wave four and the deluxe figures, BBTS!

If they could just wait until Thursday I'd be fine this that.

How are the conditions of the cardbacks? They don't look 100% flawless, but they look better than what you find at retail. It's nice to see unpunched cards ...

I had a single Roboto arrive the other day from BBTS that was packed in a nice big box, with plenty of bubble wrap to keep it from bouncing around within. Though I'm an opener, it was nice not to get something folded in half (Wal-Mart) or with a barcoded sticker slapped over the artwork on the back (Target) or with a hole punched into the side (Super7 Snake Mountain delivered by FedEx from Entertainment Earth). The packaging TLC was refreshing.

I agree with everything stated here about stickers on the card, folded in half, etc. I preordered Roboto and totally forgot about it, I ordered one from Target.com and the BBTS is leaps and bounds better overall.

BBTS is friggin amazing - I can not say enough good things about them, have ordered from many different vendors and BBTS continues to set the bar high.
I had found one full wave 3 set and have been on a hopeless hunt to find another set to open, then before I knew it BBTS shared they had my pre-order readied to ship and I was able to retire the in store hunts.

Keep in mind the horror stories we have seen with Walmart, then Amazon has been a bit better - Target likes to slap some huge sticker on theirs, I had managed a couple zodac's from them (giving to my nephews!) and was a bit surprised about their direct sticker on the package maneuver.

Then BBTS enters the shipping ring, and they do it right (example pic received today) - as they always do on their shipping

Just started using BBTS last month and so far fully agree with the comments. After years of frustration with Amazon (I can't count how many paperbacks and action figures they've damaged over the years), this has been fantastic and worth every penny to me.

Everything about BBTS is awesome. Except they are the last to get anything. Never fails. I dont understand how they are last all the time.

They weren't pristine, but were in good shape. There were some minor bends on some corners, nothing too bad. Of course, they're not in great shape now because I've ripped them all open!

I ordered a couple of WWE Legends from Target last year, and they each had a sticker slapped across the front of the bubble. I was pretty annoyed out of general principle, even though I open just about everything. I was pretty surprised that they managed to find a way to make their shipping practices even worse than Walmart's!

They are certainly much MUCH better than what you would receive from Amazon. Last figure arrived to me with the package completely bent in half in order to jam it into a small box. That will be the last Origins figure I purchase from Amazon.

The fact that they get everything last is one of my favorite things about them. Combine that with zero hassle preorder cancelation and it has saved me a ton of buyers remorse. By the time BBTS gets in their stock, there are already reviews of the item from other people who already have it. If it turns out the item is a big fat turd, I can simply cancel my preorder. That is an advantage, not a disadvantage

I've had this happen a number of times...there's like this moment of horror when you open it and see this. While I will say Amazon customer service has always made returns/exchanges super easy, they never learn from this. Sometimes they'll do something this bad, and the replacement comes worse. Other times you might get a fairly pristine item with good packaging. Total roll of the dice.

I completely agree with the roll of the dice part. There have been times in the past where some collectable would arrive in slightly damaged condition and I would file for an exchange in which they would send the item first. Well, the exchanged item would arrive even worse and I would just send that one right back and deal with what I received in the first place.

It really shouldn't be this way but apparently they just do not care how these items arrive to you. I have this feeling that the thought process by these Amazon packers is that it is "just a toy" and who cares if the package is damaged. That mindset is exactly why I am restricting myself to BBTS orders and whatever I can actually find in store so that I can inspect the package before purchase.

Ultimately I would love to have two copies of each figure (this is what I am going to try for) so that I can open one and keep one sealed. But still, I don't want any of them to be bent in half....even the ones I open I still try to keep open figure cards in good shape too.

And, to comment on BBTS specifically, I have used them for years for Transformers toys and I can say without question that they are excellent. Of course unless you order "collector" versions of the toys for the higher price you may not get a super pristine condition package but you do still get a nice package with very little (if any) flaws in my opinion. They do care how items arrive. They seem to be charging $1 over MSRP on these but trust me when I say it is worth the extra buck to know I will get the item in good shape.

Man, I had to order a Trap Jaw and Orko from Amazon because BBTS was all sold out. I don't care if it's a *little* dinged but I hope it's not all beat up.

I've only ever bought a few action figures from Amazon, mostly Primal Age/Savage World stuff. So far so good, but believe me, I've heard many horror stories. Been lucky so far, knock on wood. Only other things I've ever ordered from them was books, and so far they too have all been well-taken care of. Oh, and the Primal Age Batcave, that also came in immaculate condition.

Lucky so far, hope my luck holds. But yeah, BBTS is the way to go. I ordered a ton of Super 7 Filmation 5.5s from them last year, and pretty much every one of them was perfect shape when it arrived.

I generally open most/all of my figures eventually anyway, but I do like to save the cardbacks, and it's nice if they don't look like they got run over by a lawn tractor. I've occasionally seen ones on the hook at Walmart where it looks like someone practically beat the hell out of it; figure was fine, but the card all bent/creased, bubble all dented and peeling off the card in spots... just a mess. Like, who'd buy that? It was the last one there, and it's like "Of course it is."

I’m just reading through your reviews. Outstanding work, sir!
I’m really hyped now to get my hands on some figures. My orders in at BBTS already.

I'm pretty sure it's been rumored but I don't think it was officially confirmed.

This is definitely one I'll pass on. I already have the Powercon version and to be honest, I don't even really like that one. I really like the Powercon Mer-Man and Man at Arms. But I don't care for most Lords of Power/Mini Comic designs. In most cases, vintage toy design is what I want. Even He-Man's LoP/Mini Comic inspired chest harness, weapons, and yellow boot trim bugs me.

I can take or leave LoP figures but I'm ordering the whole wave from BBTS. I just wish they would waste a spot on LoP when they could be giving us new characters. New to Origins at least Bow could be made with just a few new parts Moss Man is an easy repaint and still MIA, Filmation Sorceress, single carded Prince Adam...

Great that it has been confirmed that The Goddess and Webstor have been confirmed for later this year.

I don't think we will see any more POP in this line. According to Scott Toyguru's videos on MOTUC, Mattel only has rights to do She-Ra in any MOTU related toylines, other than that we won't be seeing any POP as it's a separate entity to MOTU.

That's why we only ever see She-Ra in things like 200X (exclusive), Eternia Minis, Funko etc.
MOTU Origins Wishlist: Oo-Larr, Karg, Lady Slither, Fang-Or, Goat-Man, Movie He-Man & Skeletor, Hawke, Slamurai, Shadow Weaver, Lodar, Snake Face, Geldor, Lord Gr'Asp, Strobo

We did get Shadow Weaver not too long again in Super 7s vintage line.
