35 Years later...

Hello, MOTU community!
So, 35 years ago, I played with He-man and Skeletor on my Grandma's couch, watching the show and having the time of my life. Fantastic memories. Fast forward through my teens, and 20 years in the service, and walking through walmart one day, to my surprise seeing he-man on the shelf! Instant feels and memories flooded into my brain and I had to buy him. I get home and play with him for hours, then rushing to youtube and the internet and finding many years worth of collecting I have missed. A lot of Pixel Dan videos later, I missed all the classics collection, that snake mountain looks tremendous!, and many years of really cool collectables. Although, coming into everything now, with the origins line, the masterverse line, the netflix shows coming, I believe I hit collecting at a good time. It does seem that collecting MOTU right now is a lot "easier" than other toylines. I've seen and heard horrendous aggravation trying to find the new G.I.Joe figures and some of the star wars figures, but I have been able to pre-order everything through BBTS. I'm very excited to start my collection and be part of community other than a bunch of army guys sitting around talking about the old days, that has it's time and place, but being a part of that for so long I look forward to starting something different. My wife completely understands what I'm getting into and is completely for it, so that helps. Now, to put together all these new shelves!!

Hello!! Welcome to the community, great introduction!! Always cool to see a fellow MAsters fan!!
