I could totally see that. 2020 definitely feels like it would work for Hordak
I'd envision it having a spring loaded arm action to let it sucker punch opponents. Just when you think it's done with ya, *BAM*, punch when you aren't looking.

Perhaps Syklone, especially in that mini-comic when he had to continually bash Horde Troopers. 2020 felt like that.
