    Greetings and Salutations!

Good evening and well met, my fellow Eternians!
Let myself introduce... myself... I'm Daniel from Germany and I recently rediscovered my love for all things MotU. I got into the Masters of the Universe figures via a picture of Kobra Khan, which just was the coolest thing I had ever seen. My actual first figures where He-Man and Skeletor in the 2-pack gift set with an audiobook, sold in Germany in 1985.

When I was about 9 or 10 I was absolutely mad about the Masters toys and I stuck around for probably longer than any of my friends back in the day, owning most of the final wave available over here. I even tried to get interested in the New Adventures but by then G.I. Joe, making my own comic book art and, yes, girls had piqued my interest more, so I kind of forgot about He-Man et al. But I never let go of my old figures, keeping them safe in a box in my basement.

Some months ago an old classmate of mine casually remarked that he remembers my having all of the action figures and I was like, no, not all - but most... and I tried to make a mental check list of those I owned and those I missed. I couldn't really do it so I took them out of the basement and I was amazed at how well they looked after all these years (only four broken bands and some minor scruffs). I set forth to catalogue them - then I tried to find those I didn't have as a kid (basically only Stratos, Teela and the hard to find variant He-Men and Skeletors) - then I started displaying them with 3D printed bases in my home office room.

Finally, I discovered a whole set of figures I had never heard from, namely the giants and the dinosaurs (as far as I know, they were never shipped to Germany - and as a kid I even had some figures only available in other European countries, like Rio Blast or Battle Armor Skeletor). I couldn't afford the original Tytus and Megator, so I designed approximations of them for 3D printing (see attachments) and thus I have an almost complete collection right now - missing are the original giants (but I have the customs), dinos, meteorbs, Laser figures (again, I have customs) and parts of Eternia (the hunt is on on that one!).

I'm really glad to be a new part of this forum and I hope I'll be able to contribute in some way to this extraordinary fandom!
Thanks for having me and best wishes,
    Daniel
