Council of Elders and Council of Wisdom?

Ok im a bit confused on where they fit in the timelines especially since the King of Zalesia, has a kid breaking the truce of the three towers. Isn't it between King Hssss, Hordak, and King Grayskull. Why would him having a kid effect any of this and really what are both councils representing. Are the elders more or less the Council of Eternia in Pre Eterian times, where as the Council of Wisdom has a more global reach. Its hard to say because the Council of Wisdom doesn't exist in the cartoon, and the Council of Elders doesn't exist in the comics so they never cross paths or are explained congruently? I hope Jukka sees this and help a brother out. Any thoughts on this are most welcome

This is a topic where (once again sadly) Classics canon and/or specific info may muddy the waters. (the truce of Towers with people of Eternia, Hordak and Snake Men)

In 200x comics, the Council of Wisdom have a treaty with King Hssss. Hordak is not in the picture.

Council of Wisdom comes before Council of Elders.
In the Council of Wisdom, He-Ro is not really a member. He is behind Eldor.
and the Starchild looking character is not the one from Filmation episode.
(And accordingly to comic ideas that Emiliano had; He-Ro never existed same time as King Grayskull on Eternia)

Thanks Jukka so the council of wisdom was the ruling body before the council of elders in essence, they never existed in the same time. That being said the classics take on this is a bit more messed up in that it seems the counicl of elders consisted of characters like zodac and nicholas powers, which now makes even less sense, because in his bio again it states by him having a child he broke the treaty with king Hsss. Why is the council of elders subjected to this clause of not having heirs if it between Grayskull Hordak and King Hsss, and they are not mentioning hordak at all btw. Are all of Hssss Generals as well as Hordaks, all subjsct to the same thing or something. Who does this all encompass, what about characters like beast lord and gladiator, they are not grayskulls council of elders, but his Knights? I dont think classics even has a council of Wisdom, i feel like i asked Penny this, and she was somewhat hesitant to put a definitive answer on it, like that detail had not been figured out how to piegon hole these characters in correctly.
