Flash Gordon Serial Edit + Queen/Howard Blake Soundtrack

I'm a huge fan of Flash Gordon. I love the original Newspaper strips, the Buster Crabbe serials, the 70's Filmation cartoon and movie, the 80's film, all of it. Even the 96 "extreme" cartoon. A passion project of mine the past few years has been taking the Buster Crabbe serials and editing them into silent films while adding the 1980's soundtrack into the background. It's been a fun and wonderful experience and I finally finished the first serial. It's now just under 2 1/2 hours (vs the 4+hr serial)

I'm not sure if there are any other Flash fans out there but if so, feel free to enjoy!

You forgot to mention Defenders of the Earth, in which Flash Gordon appears alongside comic strip characters Mandrake, the Phantom and Lothar.

I have yet to become a fan of that series. I love the premise but I think children characters made it not work for me. It felt forced.

Most of them were in their mid to late teens. The only pure child was Kishin.

Forgive me if I wasn't clear, I've watched Defenders of the Earth and know the characters. I just didn't care for the show because of those characters.

HOWEVER, this thread is about my fan edit of the serial. Feel free to enjoy or not. Just throwing it out there for any who might be interested

    Good Journey!

Sorry if I sounded a bit like a stuck-up know-all there. I enjoy all things Flash so I'll be checking out your work
