My Grayskull is growing on me! When I first took it out it seemed so "bright". But my eyes have adjusted. I am annoyed that my sorceress has a wonky ankle that makes one leg a tad bit shorter somehow so she doesn't stand straight. Hoping for a regular color release soon.
I am starting on a diorama. After our wickedly evil heat wave passes I am gonna start carving up some pink foam!
I thought it was too bright in Pixel Dan’s initial unboxing video, but I have had absolutely zero issues with the look of this once I opened it up. It’s dang near perfect in every way (for the price).
It definitely looks way different on camera than it does at "room temperature" lighting, for sure!
Every picture I take of it practically glows, but it looks just fine in person.
I do wish it had more black detailing, though. Some of the custom paint jobs I'm seeing on Facebook are amazing. I cancelled my back-up pre-order when my Amazon one actually shipped, but I kinda regret it now because I'd love to repaint one'a these.

No problem, thanks for the reply. The castle is a perfect backdrop for photos. Agreed that Classics CG is far superior, but that might be a bit too much castle for me (space is limited and hundreds of dollars for a toy is harder to justify than $70-80).Very nice, thanks for sharing those photos!

As for Masterverse, hmmm, can't say that I'm a fan of these to this point. They could re-use the Origins CG for Masterverse if they update the packaging and eliminate the Origins pack-in figure.

I can't upload a pic but I used a spare Adam to make a Prince Keldor inspired by some of the DC stories.
