Fix vintage BA Skeletor loose waist

Anyone have a fix for a loose waist on vintage BA Skeletor? Mine is super floppy. I tried tying some string in there and didn't make a difference.

Thanks! I've seen the video, but I really don't want to crack him open to fix it. I've got a lot of memories with him from childhood and if something goes wrong that's kind of it. I'll have to figure something else out.

I used PTFE tape tightly (LOTS of it), and it worked! A little is still sticking out of his front but it's not a huge deal for me.
