That's a lot of unmade items for our poor Princesses of Power (if one considers the 12" dolls as well ...).
Anyways, Masterverse using soft goods might still make the offering so exciting; while providing hopefully, the Star Sisters prototypes
we never got a chance to get to.

So sad to see what could have been with the Angella/Glimmer set and this Mermista

I actually like this Mermista. I have the She-Ra/Shadow Weaver set, Adora, and Catra. I would have gotten this one had it been released.

That Mermista looks really cool. It's a shame Mattel didn't manage to get the second series out. I feel like Mattel themselves didn't have a lot of faith in the product and giving it to Target as an exclusive for so long kind of messed things up for any longevity the line might have had. Maybe if there was more variety early on it would have done better. I really liked Mermista in the series and I'm disappointed that she didn't get a chance to be released.

Given that the first wave stuff was clearanced out, the sales were not considered good enough by Target and Mattel.

So a Wave 2 of figures would have been...

    Glimmer-Angella two pack
    Entrapta
    Mermista

I would guess two more singles, although 1 or 2 of them could have been variants of Catra or She-Ra. I think a Shadow Weaver or Scorpia would have made sense. 2 villains and 2 heroes most likely.

These figures look amazing! I would have loved to get Mermista.

    From the link above:
Oh! I donít have pics, but a prototype for Entrapta was started!
So, one was definitely planned for some point.

It's not surprising these dolls didn't sell that well. Anyone who likes the show isn't going to buy them cause they don't look like the characters, anyone who dosn't like the show isn't going to buy them, cause they don't like the show.

Would it really have killed them to make some halfway decent action figures instead?
