    Well... this one exists.

    14.6 x 16.8 x 28.9 inches made of resin... Costs $370.

I'd be afraid of what a 'bigger' one would cost.

I'd kill for some figures based on the animated series.

It's really awesome Hasbro are finally doing action figures of the Dungeons & Dragons cartoon characters.

It is very cool but I am going to continue to wait. Those Hasbro figures don’t look the best so I am hoping for some MAFEX or SH Figuarts figures.

I’ve ordered one but I’m not feeling that Venger, out of the other 3 I think Bobby looks the best, maybe they’ll look better in hand.

Considering how long it took for anyone to make these I really don't think MAFEX or S H Figuarts would make figures.
I am happy enough with the Hasbro figures.

Maybe Hasbro will do a Haslab Tiamat.

I think people are more “hey look a dungeons and dragons figure”, which is understandable but these could be a lot better.

I'm tempted to get the cartoon figures, but I don't really have faith the cards will come in great shape from Target and it looks like they are victims of the new no plastic windows. As a MOC collector, I'll probably pass.

I would say these are good enough. But more wowed by the fact that these actually exist than the actual figures themselves. Also, have to add, in this day and age of everything getting leaked beforehand, its something of a minor miracle that these were able to show up and catch everyone by surprise.
Hoping to see warduke in this line eventually.

    I'm hyped for these!

Yes, I would have loved Neca to get the license, but after watching the Target.com promotional videos - I am sold.

My biggest concern is that we only have a part of the group... where are Eric, Presto, and Sheila?!? I will wither and die if this line doesn't at least make the core team!!

The packaging is beautiful and the figures themselves look about in scale with Marvel Legends...

It's always a concern that a team won't be completed, but considering wave one is already giving us half the kids, plus their mentor, their main villain, and their animal sidekick, I have no doubt wave 2 will contain the remaining three kids. What I wonder is how this line goes beyond just two waves.

I do wish these figures looked less plastic-y, but I'm beyond glad to finally be getting figures from this cartoon after all these years.

    Yeah... I hope you're right.

Hopefully, we will see teases of Wave 2 around the holidays.

If the line continues beyond the main cast, who would you like to see added - based on the cartoon?

    Tiamat
    Night-Mare
    Shadow Demon
    Warduke
    Strongheart

I would honestly want all the LJN figures in the line.

Yeah, I think Night-Mare and Shadow Demon are a must... I imagine Shadow Demon could be made in translucent gray plastic?

I would also LOVE to get these guys as army-builders:

    D&D Orcs!

    Plus, Dekion:

    And Kelek!

Yes all of those. Especially Kelek and Dekion.
I imagine if they included some alternate heads and weapons Dekion could be an awesome army builder.

In case any of you were curious how the series actually ends, there is a full audio recording on the DVD Set from BCI Eclipse based on the script written by Michael Reaves (D&D screenwriter.) It's titled "Requiem" and, it has some of the actual voices from the original series!

What's even cooler is the fact that a group of fans actually created an animated episode using the sound / voices from the audio play!! And, although it reuses animation, it looks really good!

    Check it out:

It is a bittersweet ending, and the people behind the cartoon series purposefully left the narrative open-ended in case it got renewed for another season...

    Question:

Who of the six friends (plus Uni and Dungeon Master) is everyone's favorite D&D Cartoon character?

They were all annoying brats with very little redeeming qualities between them, even Dungeon Master was a jerk.

I may have missed it but has a price range been talked about yet?
