All right friend-os, it is this time of year where GEneral mills has their monster cereals all over the place. What is your favorite super crackilisious cereal?

I got my first box of boo-berry in years last week. I told my gf when we got it that it was the cool cereal to get back in the day, it was just always so hard to find!

I'm the only one who likes Franken Berry? Awwww! (Can't do Boo Berry since that one time I ate a whole box and... ahem, it was still blue when it left my body. )

The Monsters are among my favorite advertising mascots of all time. I have all their bobble heads, even Fruit Brute (whom I have a faint memory of from the 70s... I was probably only about 3 or 4, but I remember seeing his cereal box at the same store where my grandmother bought my my Grimace McDonaldland toy) and Yummy Mummy, whom I was oblivious of... apparently he came out in the 80s at some point, but I'd never heard of him.

'sokay Wonderboy, I got your Frankenberry-lovin' back.

Frankenberry is my favorite of the cereals (chocolate is much more cereal-prevalent than strawberry), but of the 3 mainstream monsters (CC, F, BB), I'd probably say Boo Berry is my favorite monster character because he was so rare and elusive both on the cereal shelves, and in the commercials (I remember he made a cameo at the end of 1 or 2 of 'em).

Fruit Brute and Yummy Mummy were gone before my time, but I think it's cool they came out as well.

Love Franken Berry. I loved those commercials as a kid. Saw a big display of all 3 of them at Target when we were halloween shopping and I had to get some.

I'd love to do that as well IF I could find a box. I've NEVER had the cerel before and that was even as a kid. Parents wouldn't buy it back then but now if I see it I am nabbing me box.

I voted Booberry although after consuming two boxes of Frankenberry and two boxes of Booberry this "season," I think Frankenberry is starting to overtake Booberry.

Going to a Halloween party this weekend and I am going to make Count Chocula "rice krispie" treats, and same with Frakenberry. I would make BooBerry treats, but there were none to be found at Target

    See, hard to find.

I gotta go with The Count. Then again, I'm a much bigger fan of chocolatey cereals than fruity cereals.
