I'm not sure I'm liking how the first two game storylines are being slapped together. It does look a lot more in line with them visually, true, but the CGI also looks pretty dodgy. The actors are mostly spot on, I suppose, except for Leon. His actor would have made more sense as Carlos.

In that trailer, when one of them says "We should split up.", I'm thinking "Okay, you guys are gonna die then."

This looks so much like a TV movie with a lower budget, especially the CGI in some shots. That said, I will still go so this... maybe the story will work so well that the visuals won't distract me. This director's commentary helped.

Iíve never played any of the resident evil games so I only know what Iíve seen in the movies. I enjoyed the first couple then I was like blah a bit more of the same. I will give the newest one a go purely because I love horror movies and with the cinema nearly me having all tickets all times £4:99 I donít mind forking out for a ticket.

The international trailer without the song in it is way better. Overall I like it except for the bad CGI monster towards the end.

Hopefully they will clean it up like Sonic The Hedgehog...

Ha ha ha this looks terrible.

I mean I love schlocky horror so it fits right up my alley and I love RE so I'll definitely see it at some stage but it looks so cheap and that song for the trailer? What were they thinking? It just doesn't work at all.

As ridiculous as the original series was/got, I will miss Milla Jovovich as the lead.

Hey, maybe it will be great but it really does look like a cheap, made for TV movie from the 90's...how did this get a theatrical release?
