I took this screen shot from Amazon - thought it was interesting to see some idea of how many are selling.

When I search Masters of the Universe, it just shows up in the description before clicking on the figure.
Not all figures have it, probably because the others are older and don't have the same degree of sales .

Yes but they SOMETIMES for pre-orders charge you and sometimes they don't have to watch them....

    UPDATE:

How can pre-orders be "Out Of Stock" so quickly?

I wonder if there's no window box because they're phasing out plastic, or they couldn't fit everything in the box elegantly enough to "look nice" on a shelf. I bet it's the later - assembly required.

The vintage one didn't have a window box. I just assumed because it's a big item (a vehicle and diorama piece that has to be put together) that there's not really need for it to have a window display (it probably wouldn't look very attractive in pieces).

Awesome scouting! Point Dread and the Talon Fighter are what I’m most excited for of all the preorders.

Exactly this. It's recreating the vintage box.

Thanks for the feedback guys - I forgot that the vintage didn't have a window box either. And yeah, un-assembled parts don't make for a very nice shelf display!

I never owned it, but recall it having ketchup and mustard colors. And if Mattel Creations wants to offer an online exclusive vintage model kit color variant, I'm down for all of that ketchup and mustard!

Each Monogram model came in two colors, normal and odd. I'm not sure but I think they just swapped the plastic colors. So one Roton was black with a red saw and the other was red with a black saw.

Origins has been pure joy, taking me back to some of the happiest times of my life. My favorite vehicle/playset after Grayskull was Point Dread and The Talon Fighter. I can’t wait to get it and relive that magic again. Grayskull and PD/TF captured my imagination like few other toys did.

I know pretty much everyone here wants to see all of the vintage figures get made in Origins, but what about vehicles? I'd love to see them eventually all get made too since they were a big part of the fun, especially the later ones that came out after my interest in MOTU waned back in the day (Laser Bolt, Monstroid, Blaster Hawk, Fright Fighter, etc). I'd be REALLY interested in seeing some vehicles based on early concepts come out too, as has been teased on some box art.

Concept versions of vehicles would be my collecting dream.

No one will love seeing vehicles making it into this line more than me, I even army build them!

In addition to what've already mentioned, Spydor, Dragon Walker, Battle Ram, Attack Track are also a must have in this line. All brand new, 200X, NA, concept based vehicles are a plus.
MOTU in its essence is a world building toy line just like Star Wars, G.I. Joe and the other 80's IPs... Characters are great, but all the rest is what makes MOTU the extra special toy line that it was.
    Creativity is addictive.

I'll buy all the vintage vehicles re-made in Origins (possibly multiples - I already have two sky sleds and two wind raiders - might get a second ground ripper once the prices come down and people start selling it on e-bay without Mekanek).

I desperately want a new Fright Fighter.
