There's also sword and new head from upcoming 2-pack. And some fangs, snake eyes and green weapons.
Those sounds plausable enough...It woudl make sense for Mattel to push more 200X toys. Just confused by this infiltrator. What kind of Palace Guard toy Mattel could possibly want to make?
Most excited for Spikor, and I like that he implies we won't have to wait until the end of Rise of the Snakes year to get more Evil Warriors and Horde (as some speculated). Let's get Dragstor and Modulok!
I'm also eager to see the Serpent Claw MAA because I really got sick of wave 1 MAA pretty quick and want an upgrade.
And Snake Troopers mean they made my boy Blast-Attak's weapon, so he can't be too far behind either!
Also noticing a lack of Rulers of the Sun in this assortment. I'm sure some of you will be stoked and others will be bummed out

Just for anyone else confused by the listings and wondering where to look, they purport to be:
- Origins Spikor
- Origins Serpent Claw Man-at-Arms
- Origins Snake Teela
- Origins Eternian Guard "Infiltrador" (sic)
- Origins Sssqueeze
And apparently a Snake Horder Trooper too, but there's no screenshot of that listing.

Is it possible with his backstory that the Guard is Slamurai? He did infiltrate groups and protect He-Man for the coronation IIRC?
You remember that there are only 20 retail figures in a year?
Modulok wouldn't count against that because he'd have an MSRP like Rise of Evil, but look at all this:
Rattlor, Kobra Khan, Snake Armor He-Man, Bolt Man
Deluxe King Hiss & Thunder Punch He-Man
Spikor, Sssqueeze, Snake Trooper, Serpent Claw Man-at-Arms, Snake Teela, "Eternian Guard Infiltrador" and a 200X Rando are one character short of two basic waves.
You still need a wave for the Tung Lashor & Snake Armor Skeletor shown at SDCC, plus logically they would do Snake Face in the Rise of the Snakes year instead of Dragstor or a third Evil Warrior.
Maybe you'll get Blast Attak with Dragon Blaster Skeletor as the second deluxe wave of the year.
Ah, but see, you say "20 retail figures", but in your listing I see only 18 names total! That leaves us 2 whole wave slots to squeeze in Dragstor and still have room for 1 more guy!
We can totally pull off Dragstor and Blast-Attak along with all of that other stuff.
...but realistically I know those two aren't coming until 2024. Any unrevealed spaces will probably go to an extra vintage heroic warrior since there's so few of them announced for next year....just Thunderpunch He-Man and Mekaneck I think. We'll probably see Sy-klone, Rio Blast or one of the Rocks before those guys

I’m expecting a rerelease of the Palace Guard figure with this head. Knowing how they “go for the 80s vintage feel” or cheap out, they’ll just paint the existing head green and maybe make the eyes red. I could be wrong but I think it was referred to as the Infiltrator head back in the day.
Gaping holes in my collection: Origins SDCC 2019 2 Pack, Weapons pack 1, Power & Honour book 1, SDCC artbook (maybe)
So... how would you guys feel if Mattel made a large assortment of 200x characters for Origins next summer but they're blind-boxed so you don't know which 200x Rando you're getting? Could be anyone from Snake Teela to Dactys to that shopkeeper who sold Two Bad the Spell of Separation!
Ta; I was born after the release of the line (1983) so I didn't start playing with MotU til well after the end of the line (about 1990 I think?) so I only have a vague understanding of the pre-filmation lore; started with the storybooks and eventually watched the cartoon somewhere in the mid 90s but never really thought about how story didn't match up.
I know some of ye are bummed about the lack of gimmicks, but personally I'm actually happy to have more in terms of poseability and modularity, all wrapped up in a series of robust little figures.
I've always liked fantasy but there weren't a lotta good fantasy lines around, especially not in classic sword n sorcery style (pantsless heroics FTW! Whoo!) so Origins really scratches that itch. Usually when a toyline comes out I'm very controlled with wot I buy, both due to prices of imports here in the tropics and limited space.
As a result I normally only get maximum five or six in a line but once I discovered I could modify and customize with low skill ease combined with the low price point I pretty much lost my mind and this is probably the first time I've ever jumped into the deep end of collecting.
Overall the figures have had good QC (except for Clamp Champ; I can't seem to find one without misaligned knees!) with wot few niggles being easily solved by careful application of a hair dryer, a pair of nipper clippers and a file.
I'm noticing that recent waves have a lot of flash in the push pins and joints of the figures and in some cases the bloodeh channels for the thigh to calf knee joint was crooked!
Is anyone else experiencing this?
Vote with your wallet.
Companies will stop predatory business practices when we stop rewarding it and scrabbling for the newest shiny like brain-damaged junkies.
OK, but the consequence of that choice is that they don't make 200x randos at all.![]()
I'm guessing that someone is desperate to get rid of some stuff from their warehouses. Bigbadstore is selling at discount "Masters of the Universe: Origins, Vintage & ReAction Value Pack" - Origins versions of Stridor, Buzz-Off, Jitsu and Sorceress, Los Amos versions of Teela and Man-At-Arms (those Filmation-design-vintage-built toys Super7 sold) and ReAction versions of Grizzlor and both Moduloks (each with different head).
Check out my current ebay auctions for loose complete 200X Teela, MOC Origins Lords Of Power Mer-Man, MIB ReAction He-Man/Battle Cat & Skeletor/Panthor sets and more!

I like that Teela / Zoar comes with a sword for Teela. That’s how I want to display her. Sword and shield.
