Some perspective on Walmart...when it comes to resets they go clearance happy in toys even on brand new product. Ask Star Wars TVC collectors and most recently Grayskull. WWEternia for God's sake was on clearance and yet they sell out instantly without a mark down. Notice how Scott keeps deflecting the fact that HM and Skelly are different SKUs?
I remember in an earlier video him saying with confidence that we wouldn't see Origins wave 2 in the states since the majority of the product got shipped to Europe. For retail, yes, wave 2 was scarce but he was claiming that was it, and yet the e-tailers eventually got their orders for waves 2 and 3 JUST AS MATTEL SAID THEY WOULD.

Bottom line: we don't have the full picture but Scott doesn't either by pretending he does since it has been YEARS since his Mattel days.

I would add to this that different Wal-mart stores do different things. Optimus Prime on clearance at one store, full price at 4 other stores.

My particular Walmart got in the first wave, stuffed the shelves, and has never added a figure since.

If Origins being low in stock were unique I would be concerned, but I've been looking at the same three Kingdom Transformers for months at my local Target and nearby Walmarts aren't do any better with most toy lines. It's not MOTU or Mattel failing it's the ****ed up supply chain. Partly held up because California won't allow trucks older that 2011 to work in the state. Among other things.

But like said above let's focus on the toys.

I do have to say, that if Mantenna has the fused-together legs like the original figure, I'll be very disappointed. I mean, yes, it would be a homage to the original figure, but not a very welcome one, IMO. We know they can do better nowadays. Pretty surprised he wasn't a Deluxe release.

Yeah, I had the vintage as a kid and he always seemed a bit goofy. He was so different from the other figures, but not in a good way. I like the character and feel a bit of nostalgia for him, the action feature was always fun, but the new figure deserves some improvements.

I agree. In the screenshot of the leaks, the price is cut off. So he could very well be a deluxe.

Yes, if he is confirmed as a basic figure I'd expect the two moulded legs. I am hoping he is deluxe though, that would be the best way to make him.

I think the fighting foe men would be cool but I don't care for Castle Grayskull Man.

Definitely Draego Man and I would like to see Cy-Chop, I thought he had a really cool design and I liked his vintage Japanese-style robotic head.

I would like to see Goat Man, Lodar and Geldor included too.
