I might just get a few. I really want the sorceress. I ordered he-man from Ebay. Should have him mid January from France.

They are now available in Spain! It says the complete collection will have 70 issues (figure and booklet) plus three boxes/binders, 12,99€ each. Sadly I'm going to miss it, for me it is too much money to spend in too little time (weekly issues). I was thinking about taking a few but the most I want is a special gift for subscribers :'(

Yeah, my original intent was to chase the whole line, but I can tell it's going to get very expensive on the secondary market, especially tracking down subscription exclusives, so I'll probably just stop with He-Man.

This wonderful collection is now up for subscription in Spain, through Planeta DeAgostini (Altayaʼs partner here). The first 1,000 subscribers will get the extra Battle Cat and Panthor figures, and premium subscribers get the extra Adam/He-Men/Faker.

Not sure if it's allowable to put the commercial link here, but it should easily googleable anyway.

Since this collection was penned by a Spanish team, I think the Spanish-language edition is the actual original version, even though the French translation was published first because neighboring France was chosen as the test country for some reason.

(Side note: Altaya, as its name reveals, is a Spanish publisher in origin, founded in 1993, even though in Spain itself it is now merged with the Italo-Spanish merger of Planeta and DeAgostini, all now part of the larger Barcelona-based Grupo Planeta parent company, the largest Spanish-language publisher in the world.)

Neat little collection of statues. Why are they all based on their Filmation appearance except for Ram Man though? That's weird. Also, what's that Faker based on? He never appeared like that in the old show.

Yeah, I found that a bit odd as well.

Faker is based on James Eatock Return of Faker. Nice!
Ram Man is based on Classics which is not like the rest and kinda head scratching. At least color is Filmation.

I think its based on Faker crossell art.

That is the original place for orange hair/magenta armor version of Faker.

I cannot argue with someone who I have high respect when it comes to MOTU.
It is in Filmation aesthetic that is why I immediately thought of James Faker.

He-Man doesn't look Filmation-based, either. The armor is different. He's based off the Earl Norem poster that's featured on the T-Shirt.

Robot He-Man's armor looks like Filmation. He-Man's does not.

Yeah, it seems to be a mixed breed.
