I would love a two-pack of Tuvar and Baddrah that comes with a Two-Bad torso that has pegs for two heads. Then it's a simple method to make Two Bad by taking the heads and one arm & one leg each off of the Tuvar and Baddrah figures plus a pelvis piece to put on the Two Bad torso. You would have to buy two packs if you want to display all three figures, but I think it would be very cool (and have great play value).

Edit:
Actually, now that I think about it, you can only change the legs at the boot-cut, not at the hips. So I think for my idea to work, the Two Bad torso would also come with a pelvis with a blue right thigh and upper calf and purple left leg and upper calf (but no boots/feet). I think the price point could still be at $30 if only two weapons and armor total?
