Ninjor is the Horde's shadow, silent and stealthy. Whether assassination or intrigue, when Ninjor is tasked with a mission, Hordak considers it good as done.

"I am The Great Vespero.
I killed your father. Prepare to die."

Vespero is the Horde's voice, when a foe must be made an example of, the message is loud and clear.

"CRASH AND BURN, BURN AND CRASH!
SALT YOUR FIELDS, LEAVE NOUGHT BUT ASH!!!"

Strangely enough, Nyah-Mook is a ray of sunshine within the Horde's ranks with his enthusiastic can-do attitude. As a lover of all things loud, from rumbling engines to burst fire weaponry, it is his expertise Hordak calls upon to wipe whole cities from existence.

Couldn't wait for Trapjaw so I made my own. Combination of Steve Austin and Clamp-Champ.

Recently took updated photos of me kitbashed figures amidst all the others.







Also updated Meat-Beat yet again. Now with those purple boots he can wield my favourite weapon in the MotU armory; Fisto's big choppy longsword. a (IMO) much nicer weapon than the dinky power sword.

Decided my Conan needed fancier boots, while moving the yellow trim boots to my Flying Fists He-Man.

He's gonna do a clothes swap with Fisto so he'll become A Pimp Named Clamp-Champ.

Alias: Meat-Beat
Real Name: Faker 57
Allegiance: Independent

One of many robot replicas of He-Man produced by Skeletor, Faker 57 was battling against He-Man when it was flung into The Fountain of Truth, sinking into its bottomless depths.

As it sank, it was given a glimpse of the truth of Eternian existence, driving it (by AI standards) quite mad.
When asked, it speaks of "The Child", a seemingly omnipotent being that determines the fate of all Eternians, and that the fate of every single creature, biological or mechanical was predetermined by this creature's unfathomable whims.

As time passed, others began to notice that Faker 57 was behaving oddly, muttering to itself when idle and sometimes emerging from Snake Mountain's underground archives. Seemingly harmless quirks, or so they thought.

Two months later, on a routine check of the robotics lab, Tri-Klops examined an unusually bloody workbench, only to discover a smashed tracking unit and defused chest bomb.
The kind commonly found in Faker units.

With its cloak wrapped around it and cowl over its exposed skull, Faker 57 set off through the shadowlands.

Still possessing its programmed hatred of He-Man, Faker 57 made modifications to its steel limbs and wrapped itself in a crudely-stitched shell of cured leathers, all so it no longer has to look upon the hero's face. Looking at its augmentations and makeshift hide, it renamed itself Meat-Beat.

A gruesome parody, Meat-Beat sets off across Eternia, eager to carve its own legends and prove that it is more than just a pale imitation of Eternia's greatest protector.

My Eternian Guard has finally arrived. That took awhile.

I decided to name him Fodder.

Below: Guardsman Fodder tries to make conversation with his commanding officer.

All of my Origins figures thus far. Not pictured are the Sky Sled, Shark Tank and Stridor, as well as the Greyskull Ring.

About two thirds of them have all been modified in some fashion; from small parts swaps to hand-painted heads.
I'm starting to think it might be time to stop soon. 32 figures and 3 vehicles is a lot of toys.

I've seen some of ye with absolutely massive collections. I don't know how ye all manage; the dusting must be maddening.

My custom Ram Man; I've always preferred him as a Dwarf archetype.

I also made some mods to Force Captain Lootor

With the arrival of Goldberg I finally have that snazzy new armor, helmet and extra classic Ram Man axe!

While the majority of parts went to modding Ram Man (see above post) I discovered that the chains and locks motif went nicely with Slavor, whose original orange harness and armband would in turn go nicely with the custom MotU Psycho that I'm working on.

Modded some of my nonhuman Masters figures.



I changed Clawful's feet to something more aquatic and put an extra Skeletor loincloth on him to tie him in as one of the Evil Warriors.

For Buzz-Off, I gave him hands from Sun Man so that he could hold weapons better. Those pincer claws are somewhat annoying to put handheld weapons in.

For Webstor I fitted him with Clawful's old feet as they felt more bug-like to me.

Ta; I rather like him as a dwarf and while the fat look has its classic charm, I do have a tendency towards customizing figures to make them uniquely mine.

I also discovered a 'bonus' action feature; when I trigger his ramming gimmick, he launches his helmet!

Just a simple gear swap this time. While doing errands I stuck my head into my local Toys R Us and found LoP Mer-Man on sale! Got him for like $9!

Swapped their weapons and armor around, giving Mer-Man a more consistent color palette and Catfish a more imposing presence through the redesigned Mer-Man armor.

Me Origins Stratos arrived in the mail. Another clearance bargain!

Sun Man's accessories go really nicely on Stratos!

Reviled as this figure is, I honestly think he looks so much better than the grey one.

MotU Origins Mosquitor with a leg swap.

I always found it a bit weird that an insectile humanoid based on such a skinny bug would have such chonky feet.

I really need to find a flight stand that can hold up chonky MotU figures.

Not much done today. i think my ideal collection is almost complete!
Was making some modifications to my custom figures in the form of swapping forearms using a hair-dryer to heat the plastic so they can be popped out.

To summarize:

- The Terror Claws are now mounted on a more stable and solid body in the form of Andre the Titan.

- Fisto has his namesake back; he felt kind of wrong without it.

- Meat-Beat, my MotU mascot now has a fleshy larger right limb, similar to the character he was modelled after.

All in all, I'm pretty happy with the results!



Quite pleased with how my boy's looking. Sometimes I wonder if I'll ever grow tired of making frankenstein-esque adjustments as time goes on.



Overall, very pleased with how the collection's been shaping up!

Got another Faker to make a sort of lieutenant for my growing legion of Evil Warriors, mixing parts from him and Terror Claws Skeletor. I always found the weird metallic sports bra looked weird on Skeletor yet looks oddly fitting for Faker and all in all pretty happy with the results.
