The big two...
For He-Man, I really love the Masterverse version's body and accessories, but the stock head wasn't my thing. I was thrilled to find Jose-Luis Mourelle's work (hordakmx on Instagram). His design has a 2D animation style to it, but still feels like it matches the detail level of the body. I have a few of his different expressions too, but didn't take pics. You can see more pics of this on my Instagram (@Incarbonite) or on my Facebook (Brick Solo).

For Skeletor, I really wasn't into the stock one we got. It wasn't, imho, the best approximation of the show's designs, nor was it drawing from previous beloved designs. Plus it felt small to me. So I took the awesome Alcala-esque head from the Keldor/Kronis Origins 2-pack, along with Keldor's armor and cape. Oh, and I kept the staff, which I really liked. My first ever interaction with Skeletor as a character was in the minicomics in 1982. This version pays homage to that. I don't see many people using this head. Seems like folx aren't into it. Not sure why I gravitate to it, but here you go. Again, more right-side-up pics (why?) of my Skeletor over on my Instagram and on my Facebook.
