    Scooby Doo Animated Movie Thread

I've compiled a list of the new Scooby Doo animated movies from 1998 to the present day. I'm honestly surprised that we haven't heard any news about current or future projects by now.

    Scooby-Doo On Zombie Island
    Scooby-Doo And The Witch's Ghost
    Scooby-Doo And The Alien Invaders
    Scooby-Doo And The Cyber Chase
Scooby-Doo And The Legend Of The Vampire
Scooby-Doo And The Monster Of Mexico
Scooby-Doo And The Loch Ness Monster
    Aloha, Scooby-Doo
    Scooby-Doo: Where's My Mummy
    Scooby-Doo: Pirates Ahoy!
    Chill Out, Scooby-Doo
    Scooby-Doo And The Goblin King
    Scooby-Doo And The Samurai Sword
    Scooby-Doo: Abracadabra-Doo
    Scooby-Doo: Camp Scare
    Scooby-Doo: Legend Of The Phantosaur
    Scooby-Doo: Music Of The Vampire
    Big Top Scooby-Doo
Scooby-Doo: Mask Of The Blue Falcon
    Scooby-Doo: Stage Fright
    Scooby-Doo: Wrestle Mania Mystery
    Scooby-Doo: Franken Creepy
    Scooby-Doo: Moon Monster Madness
Scooby-Doo And Kiss: Rock And Roll Mystery
Scooby-Doo And WWE: Curse Of The Speed Demon
    Scooby-Doo: Shaggy's Showdown
Scooby-Doo And Batman: The Brave And The Bold
    Scooby-Doo And The Gourmet Ghost
Scooby-Doo And The Curse Of The 13TH Ghost
    Scooby-Doo: Return To Zombie Island
    Happy Halloween, Scooby-Doo
Scooby-Doo: The Sword And The Scoob
Straight Outta Nowhere: Scooby-Doo Meets Courage The Cowardly Dog

There are also two LEGO Scooby movies:

    Scooby-Doo: Haunted Hollywood
    Scooby-Doo: Blowout Beach Bash

There is also the CGI movie SCOOB which I enjoyed as well.

    That's a lot of them!
I wonder if you watch them everyday, Mikey.
Try to reach inside of me, try to drain my energy
Let me show you just what I'm made of
Simple curiosity trying to take a bite of me
Let me show you just what I'm made of now...

Perhaps not every day, but I try and watch them as often as possible!

Apparently there is a spin-off from the CGI movie SCOOB coming in December called Holiday Haunt.

    Iain Armitage: Young Shaggy Rogers

Zombie Island and Witch's ghost might be the two best Scooby Doo productions ever. The darker tone worked surprisingly well for Scooby

I agree, I love Witch's Ghost and Zombie Island. I especially love Jane Wiedlin from The Go-Go's as one of The Hex Girls.

The Hex Girls should get their own spin-off series, they rock!

Finally, we have news about a new animated Scooby Doo movie called Trick Or Treat Scooby-Doo, although we don't know any plot or cast details, or when it will actually be released.

It is too bad Scoob 2 got canceled, but at least we are still getting more of the traditional releases.

Apparently the proposed Scooby Doo & Krypto Too animated movie is back in production with Scooby and Superman's poochie pal teaming up!

This will no doubt tie in with the DC League Of Super Pets movie & Krypto The Super Dog animated series being released.

    - - - Updated - - -

Sadly the proposed Scooby Doo Holiday Haunt movie has been cancelled.

*Although Warner Bros. Discovery has officially pulled the plug on release plans for “Scoob!: Holiday Haunt,” a follow-up to the 2020 animated film “Scoob!,” the film isn’t quite done with work yet. Producer Tony Cervone, who directed the first “Scoob!,” has revealed that the production is still recording the film’s score, despite the official cancellation.*

Wikipedia states that a new bunch of Scooby Doo animated movies are coming within the next couple of years, but the titles keep appearing, disappearing and then appearing again. I wish the news was more consistent.

These are the latest titles announced:

Turtle Power In Irma's Legends Of Sunstone: Scooby-Doo Meets Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
    Don't be Cruel, Scooby-Doo
    Scooby Doo & Krypto Too
Scooby Doo & Green Day: Punk Flyer Mystery

I'm assuming the Green Day movie is another rock and roll crossover with that band, like the last one with KISS, which I haven't seen because, although I love Scooby, I am NOT a fan of KISS, or Green Day really.

    - - - Updated - - -

However, Green Day's Billie Joe Armstrong DID co-write The Go-Go's song Unforgiven with Charlotte Caffey & Jane Wiedlin on their album God Bless The Go-Go's.

If Scooby MUST do rock and roll crossovers, I wish Mystery Incorporated would do a crossover with The Go-Go's or The Bangles, especially since the former band's Jane Wiedlin did voice one of The Hex Girls.
